Kabul (BNA) Officials in Samangan province have reported 193 million Afghanis in the revenue of Darai Souf coal mine over the past six months of the year against the same period last year, press officer of Samangan province, Mohammad Sediq Azizi said.
According to the officials, the coal revenue of Darai Souf in the first six months of the year has reached 721 million Afghanis which indicates 193 million Afghanis against the same period last year.
Last year it was registered 528 million Afghanis in the first six months.
The governor of Darai Souf district, Fazal Rahman Khurami Jasour said that some 500 trucks are busy in transporting coal from Samangan to several provinces including capital Kabul and even Pakistan.
Discovered in the year of 1345, the Darai coal, according to survey conducted by the ex-Soviet Union, it contains more than 150 million tones.

Kabul (BNA) The documents of power plant in Logar province have been completed, the minister for water and power Mohammad Ismeal Khan said yesterday during visit to Logar province.
In his meeting with the provincial governor, members of provincial council and the elders, the minister said that construction of power plant in Logar would cost 62 million US dollars.
The projects, he said includes construction of sub-station in Pul-i-Alem and the work of the project would begin within month and be completed within 20 months.
In his speech, Logar’s governor Mohammad Iqbal Azizi stressed for construction of dams, saying building dams would enable locals to increase agricultural products.

Kunduz (BNA) The sitting and flight line of Kunduz Airport after reconstruction inaugurated. 
This line has been constructed by PRT of Germany at the cost of 5500,000 dollars. 
BNA reported from Kunduz city, the flight line of Kunduz has 2 km length and 45 km wide.
In the in augural ceremony of this line, Lt. Ishpanot commander of PRT of German forces in Kunduz said they have plan to equip Kunduz Airport with modern equipments in the near future. 
Airport of Kunduz was damaged in the war period. 
In this airport, the planes of Arianna and Cam-Air airline companies could not flight but authorities said with reconstruction of the airport, this problem is tackled.

Kabul (BNA) the water and energy ministers of Turkmenistan arrived Kabul today.  BNA reporter reported from Kabul International Airport, this trip took place in invitation of Afghanistan water and energy ministry, this delegation during their one day stay in Kabul; they talked on increasing important power of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and extension of new power line from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and investment on water dams in Afghanistan.
