Kabul (BNA) The fifth private insurance in the name of Group of Afghan Insurance attained the permit for activities.
At the ceremony held on this end at the Kabul Serena Hotel Sakina Banu Ghafanfar the head of the group stated that the national traders and the local and foreign investors have vital need to insurance so that their goods and capital are guaranteed against any incidents and for this very reason the Afghan Insurance Group has been created.
This company has reliable local and foreign guarantees and the countrymen can insure their factories and properties.
Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal minister of Economy said that the government supports the local and foreign investors and provides facilities for them and creation of this company is one of the indicators Dr. Mustafa Mastor deputy minister of finance said that four private insurance companies have obtained their permit from the finance minister and this is the fifth one and any other local or foreign companies who want to invest in insurance companies they will be provided with the required facilities.   Haqjo Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Afghanistan, the head of the insurance department of finance minister and the Chairman of the Group of Afghanistan Insurance Company also talked on this issue.

Baghlan (BNA) Minister for Water and Power Mohammad Ismael Khan during his visit to Baghlan province the other day said that Pul-e-Khumri power station and Kilagai dam would be reconstructed. 
Addressing a news conference here, he said that after rebuilding process, the station besides producing 90 MW electricity would also reserve 650 million cubic meter water to irrigate 450,000 acres land. 
The completion of the projects would help boost the economy of people living there in Baghlan, the minister added. 
He also said that Germany and World Bank to finance the mentioned projects.

Kabul (BNA) The air services between Kabul and Trinkot began yesterday and the first flight by Kam Air airliner left Kabul for Trinkot yesterday, deputy to the ministry for Transport and Civil Aviation told Bakhter News Agency.
According to the source, the runway of Trinkot airport has been asphalted with 10 million US dollars funded by Holland, Germany and US which can accommodate Booing planes to land and take off.

Kabul (BNA) The International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved the first extended monetary program of Afghanistan. 
Minister of Finance declared yesterday that the Executive Board of the IMF on the 29th of June (9th Saratan) approved the results of the first reviewing of economic activities of Afghanistan under a program a three year trust period which was signed in November of 2011. 
Dr. Omar Zakhailwal Minister of Finance of Afghanistan while expressing pleasure in this respect said: “The government tries its best to continue its reforms for creation of a stable situation. The reforms that are needed for economic growth can bring about economic and financial stability in the country and can raise the trust of domestic and foreign investors. As a result, this will also create a better life for ordinary Afghans as well. The executive Board of the IMF had confirmed the money that has been extended through reforms program. 
These reforms can open the way to a strong economic environment. 
They say that the government remains to its commitments in relation to execution of reforms. 
Completion of this review means that around USD 18.2 million will be placed at this disposal of Afghanistan and the total assistance through this program will reach to USD 129 million. 
Naemat Shafiq deputy head of the Board of Trustee and Acting Head of the IMF said that “Afghanistan has taken step under a difficult environment towards the transition period of further economic stability and self-reliance. 
The economic program supported by the IMF has been designed for creation of a working framework of management under the transition and acceleration of international community’s assistance.
