Afghanistan Domestic Revenues Increased

Kabul (BNA) Afghanistan current year’s incomes have increased comparing to last year.
Speaking to lawmakers in general session of House of People, Minister of Finance Ekleel Hakimi said, “The National Unity Government (NUG)’s commitment to the international community and the MoF commitment to the government was this to collect 114 billion Afs during 2015 fiscal year, but fortunately we have been able to collect 117 billion Afs so far.”
99 billion AFG was collected last year, while 117 billion Afs has been collected this year, showing 18 billion Afs increase comparing to last year’s incomes, added minister of finance.
According to another report, legal advisor to President Abdul Ali Mohammadi, minister of urban development Sayed Saadat Mansour Naderi and acting director for The Afghanistan Bank were summoned to parliament to brief related to Smart Town.
