Balkh (BNA)  the construction of a mosque and an irrigational network was started from a private money of a lady in Balkh province.  It should be said that for construction of these two projects the lady funded 120,000 dollars.  This mosque and irrigational network will be constructed in the Kholm district.  Ms. Sediqa who wanted to construct these projects with her private money said to BNA, the mosque will be constructed in one storey and will accommodate 300 prayers in a time.  She said the irrigational network will be provided potable water for at least 500 families in the Abdar area.  She requested other investors beside of government and donor foundations to try for prosperity of Afghanistan.
