Armed Militants Killed in Laghman Raid

Mehtarlam (BNA) Five armed insurgents were killed in Laghman province last night.
ANA official from east zone told BNA local correspondent, the ANA forces attacked on strongholds of insurgents in outskirt of Alishing district in which five insurgents were killed and their strongholds and several weapons have been demolished.
He added, no harm and losses suffered to security forces.

83 Armed Oppositions Killed Across The Country

Kabul (BNA) 83 armed oppositions were killed by defense and security forces in various parts of the country.
National defense ministry press office reported BNA, the defense and security forces in the last 24 hours conducting joint clearing operations in various parts of the country killed 83 armed opposition and wounded six others.
The operations were conducted with support of air forces in Nangarhar, Kunar, Ghazni, Maidan-Wardak, Kandahar, Urozgan, Farah, Ghor, Faryab, Helmand and Nimroz provinces.
3 motorbikes of the insurgents’ explosive materials and quantity of ammunition were seized in the operations.

Kabul (BNA) At least 10 people were martyred and wounded following suicide attack in 2nd security precinct of Kabul city today.
Najeb Danesh spokesman for ministry of interior told BNA correspondent, 10 people were martyred and several others were wounded following the blast.
The explosion came as Afghan security forces have been suffering scores of casualties in heavy fighting with Taliban militants in two provinces.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.

Kabul (BNA) An explosion was heard 2nd security precinct of Kabul city, but there was no immediate word on its cause or if it had inflicted any casualties.
According to BNA, the explosion came as Afghan security forces have been suffering scores of casualties in heavy fighting with Taliban militants in two provinces.
No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.

About 300 People Demonstrated in Ghazni

Ghazni (BNA) Residents of Ghazni province have demonstrated today.
According to BNA local correspondent, the protesters are the majority of Malistan and Jaghori district of that province, they gathered in front of the provincial council of Ghazni province and demanded security in the districts.
They claim that the government has not paid attention to the security of their districts.
A number of protesters say that the Taliban used their homes as a bulwark against Afghan Troops.

Gardiz (BNA) Provincial authorities of Paktia province have claimed that seven civilians including women and children lost their lives in an air strike of American forces.
According to reports, a Convoy of civilians targeted by American air forces attack late on Saturday in Zaza Aryoob district.
Haji Afzel a resident of the mentioned district told BNA, American air forces targeted a car carrying two families.
He further added, women and children were also among the victims of the event.
Local officials of Paktia did not comment in this regard, but a member of provincial council of the province confirmed the attack of American forces on civilians.

The insurgents were targeted in Bakwah district while planting mine on a main road of the province.

Jalalabad (BNA) 17 ISIS fighters were killed in recent attacks of security forces in Nangarhar province last night.
The fighters were targeted in parts of Nangarhar province by air and ground raids.
Selab army corps commander in east of the country told BNA, 17 ISIS loyalists were killed in the raids while terrorist activities on their stronghold in Nazyan, Doorbaba and Ghanikhail districts.
According to reports, several hideouts of the fighters with all war equipment have been demolished.
It is mentionable that no casualties sustained to security forces and civilians in the raids.

Drone Raid Kills Daesh Top Commander

Jalalabad (BNA) A top commander of Daesh fighters was targeted by drone raid in Nangarhar province late last night.
Mullah Abdul Khaliq was targeted by drone raid in Hasaka Mine district of Nangarhar province with other insurgent.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, Abdul Khaliq was Daesh military in charge and one of senior commanders of this group in Afghanistan.
Khogyani added, the fighter was suppressed while terrorist attacks.
It is said that no harm incurred to civilians and security forces in the raid.

Charikar (BNA) The construction work of Cricket Gymnasium kick off by governor of Parwan and chairman of Cricket board in that province yesterday.
According to BNA correspondent, in foundation of the ceremony, governor of Parwan Fazluddin Ayar said, cricket is a great achievement for our country, and the national cricketers have been able to raise the Afghanistan flag in the world, and called people in into unity and solidarity, saying that sport strengthen unity among the people.
Azatullah Fazli chairman of cricket board of the country thanking the officials of Parwan province for inviting the land for the cricket office of the central zone of Bandar Amir, the youth has called for unity and mutual cooperation.
On the other hand, the head of Band-e-Amir Cricket board Mir Mubarez said, the central zone of Band-e-Amir is in Parwan province, which includes athletes from Parwan, Panjshir, Kapisa, Bamyan, Daikundi and Wardak provinces.
In the end, Khalil Fazli a member of the provincial council and Ruhullah Sediqi, the Charikar governor are confident in their cooperation in this zone.
According to the officials, 20 Jiribs of land are planned for the construction of a square and cabinet board at the center of Parwan.
