Jalalabad City (BNA) Two residents of Pakistan who had link with ISIS terrorist group were arrested by Afghan security forces in eastern Nangarhar province.
According to reports, the Pakistani citizens were arrested during a military operation conducted by Afghan security forces in Naziyan district of the province.
The Pakistani residents are living along with their families in Naziyan district.
Senior commander of Afghan National Army in the east of the country told BNA reporter, the arrested suspicious had come from Suwat, Pakistani to Naziyan district, Nangarhar two years ago.
According to another report, Afghan security forces succeeded to discover and defuse 8 round of different types of mines from crowded areas of Nangarhar province.

Charikar City (BNA) Four thieves after being surrendered to Taliban militants were killed in central Parwan province.
Wahida Shahkar spokesman of Parwan governor told BNA correspondent, the thieves have surrendered to Taliban group in Shinwari district of the province one week ago.
The thieves stolen one million Afghanis from a cashier in Charikar city the provincial capital of the province.
The bodies of the thieves still remained on the highway and police personnel started investigation regarding the case.

Weapons Handed Over to DIAG Commission

Ghor (BNA) 30 weapons handed over to DIAG commission today.
BNA correspondent reported, these weapons were obtained by security forces from irresponsible armed men since a year were handed over to DIAG process in the presence of officials of Ghor province.
General Shah Aqa Shetab police chief of Ghor said, the weapons included, 13 Kalashnikovs, a PK machine gun, 13 pistols and three grenades.

Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) The construction work of dormitory building for Baghlan university kick off in Hosainkhail region, Pul-e-Khomri city, Baghlan province yesterday.
Syeed Sateh head of Baghlan University told BNA correspondent, the building of the dormitory will be constructed at 750 square meter of land from donation of India at the cost of more than 26 million Afghanis in the next 18 months.
Head of Baghlan University said, in this building will have 30 bedrooms and other necessary accessories are considered.

Armed Oppositions Killed in Laghman

Mahtarlam (BNA) Eleven armed oppositions were killed in recent air strikes in Laghman province.
The insurgents were targeted in parts of Alishing an Alinegar districts while terrorist activities.
ANA senior commander in east of the country told BNA, 11 insurgents associated to Taliban group were killed in the airstrikes.
He added, the insurgents were suppressed while terrorist and destructive activities.
It is mentionable that no harm and losses suffered to security forces and civilians in the raids.

Terrorists Stop Polio Vaccination in Kuner

Kabul (BNA) Public health authorities in Kuner say that if does not fight against polio seriously and vaccination against this fatal disease not implemented, the cases of the disease would increase in this province.
Azizurahman Safi the head of public health of Kuner recently said to BNA that still there were three cases of the disease in the province and if does not fight seriously against polio and if anti polio vaccination does not implemented across the province, there would be the possibility of increase of the disease.
He added, in some areas of Murawar, Noorgul, Surkano and Sawky districts of Kuner province the terrorists prevent the implementing of anti-polio vaccination.

The Soldiers Are Ready to Fight in the Winter

Kabul (BNA) The commander of Shaheen 209 corps says that the enemy does not have the capability to fight against Afghan force.
According to BNA local reporter, General Wali Mohammad Ahamadzai the commander of Shaheen 209 Corps expressing the issue in the gathering for winter program of the sixth border unit of the corps added the moral and capability of army personnel against the enemies of the country is high and the enemy does not have the power to confront the Afghan forces.
Ahamadzai said as the Afghan brave soldiers heroically fought against the conspiracies of the enemies in the summer they also fight in winter.
Also, two of the soldiers from unit sixth unit of border battalion, as interred a new phase of the war were expressing pleasure said that with all power and energy would defend the people and the homeland.
The sixth border battalion has been newly established in the framework of Shaheen 209 corps based on the order of the president and has the responsibly of ensuring security in border areas of north of the country and its headquarters located in Mazar-I – Sharif  city.

Insurgents Killed in ASF Conflicts

Sar-e-Pul (BNA) Eight Taliban insurgents were killed in Sar-e-Pul province yesterday.
Lt. Mohammad Hanif Rezayee spokesman of Shaheen 209 army corps told BNA, the insurgents were killed by Afghan Security Forces in outskirt of Sozma Qala and Sancharak Districts of that province.
Rezayee added, numerous of heavy and light weapons were seized in the conflicts.
According to another report, a Taliban insurgent wanted to launch grenade on security checkpoint, killed by police forces.

Motorcycle Packed Explosive Discovered in Logar

Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Police of Logar province discovered a motorbike packed explosive in that province yesterday.
Shahpoor Ahmadzai spokesman for Logar security commandment told BNA, the national police officials discovered a motorbike packed explosive from outskirt of Mohammadagha District of that province and neutralized the explosive.
