Kabul (BNA) Independent Election Commission has set up April 20th 2019 as the date for holding presidential and provincial councils elections, and in this way ended concerns about not holding presidential election in the country.
BNA political affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes, the independent commission for election announcing the date for holding presidential and provincial election, implemented another commitment of the government in practice and ensured that the presidential election would be held on time. However, holding presidential election will have its problems and challenges, just proper and precise planning and management can reduce the bulk of those challenges and problems.
The independent commission for election considers lack of security and financial problems as the major obstacle on the way of this national program. Is we look precisely at the critical situation of the country, those two problems, make the relevant state organs to do more work. There are also some other problems the can be settled through carrying out coordinated and precise plans and practices. The critics of the state accuse the government that avoiding holding election for districts’ councils and premature setting up the date for presidential election is seeking to architect the election or carrying out political maneuvers. In addition political parties and the figures, who criticize the state, consider the independent commission for elections as dependent organ that works for a special circle or team. Accusations such as conspiracy, fraud, lack of capacity, poor management…etc. are also imposed of the commission. The criticisms and accusations indicate that still there is no necessary trust on work of the commission. Therefore, it would be an urgent need for the commission to do effective and practical works for acquiring the confidence of political parties and people as a whole.
The political elites suggest that the upcoming presidential election should be held using a new method and mechanism acceptable to the people. What is the most important is this that the old method used in previous election should be avoided that brought the election under question and caused serious criticisms. On the other hand since the presidential election is a nation program, an organ or a commission alone cannot successfully carry it out, in order the soundness of this national program ensured, it requires the political parties and critics of the process and the government reach a true and mutual understanding. From people’s point of view, the independent commission for election, government, civil society activists and political parties all have the same responsibility for holding a transparent election, therefore understanding their responsibilities, instead of criticizing, they should determine a proper and acceptable method for holding the elections. A number of political parties and civil society activists who accuse the government for architecting the election, so far has failed to introduce an acceptable method and mechanism for the solution of the problem.
The other problem that suffers the situation the most is security problem. Presently there are serious security problems in more than 30 districts and some others also complain of lack of security, in such a situation it would be difficult to talk about national wide holding elections, unless to respond to the concerns of the independent commission for the elections. There is a little time remained for holding presidential election, the problems are great therefore, for holding presidential election every Afghan with a national outlook straggle and participate in the election and carry out his or her patriotic duties and obligations.

Kabul (BNA) Attack on medical centers or closing training centers, or disturbing the ordinary public life are satanic deeds that terrorist and extremist groups resort to such vicious actions.
BNA social affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes although t twenty first century represents the highest civilization of humanity, peaceful co- existence, mutual efforts for settling the common problems and valuing religious and legal norms, but unfortunately, terrorist groups like Taliban and IS are still alien these values attacking public utility places, medical centers, mosques… cause heavy casualties and destructions. They also, ban children going to school.
As recently a terrorist group targeting a nursing training center in Jalalabad city killed and injured a number of students there.
Targeting nursing school, attacking public institutions, setting fire on schools and finally slaughtering teachers, students and innocent people are daily activities of terrorist carry out as a habit.
The criminal deeds recently committed by terrorist groups indicate that they know nothing but killing, destruction and creating panic and horror among people.
They are alien to today’s civilized life, with little religious literacy are ignorant about humanistic values and give no value to Islamic principle and teaching as the most complete heavenly faith.
Taliban attacking a medical center in Jalalabad and creating a tragedy simultaneously to the event they closed all medical centers in Zabul province arguing that why the authorities there do not permit riding motorcycle in Qalat city.  This is an example of Taliban’s ignorance that indicates that they have no intention for standardizing the life of people in their control areas.
Investment on terrorist groups of Taliban and so called Islamic state is nothing but wasting the time and losing the opportunities. Therefore it would be better to pursue them and punish them according to law in order to ban them from harassing people and further hostility to the people.

Kabul (BNA) Pakistan election commissioned declared Omran Khan the leader of Tahrik –i-Insaf party as the winner of parliamentary elections in that country. He will be the next prime minister of Pakistan.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes Omran Khan leading Tahrik –I – Insaf Party has won the majority of votes in parliamentary elections in Pakistan. The party has obtained 115 among 269 seats of parliament, but not enough to make the government from his party alone.
Therefore the party has to establish coalition governments in states especially in Punjab state and even it should accept a coalition government in the capital.
Although Tahrik – I – Insaf in the political scene Pakistan is a young party but it should form a coalition government with old and experienced parties such as People’s Party or other parties which enjoy of having the most experience politicians.
In any case, now the possibility of Omran khan’s becoming the next prime minister is very high.  This young leader whose critics consider him a man with little experience has to fight and resist against many challenges Pakistan facing inside and outside the country.
The major problem that Omran Khan is facing inside the country is poverty and disrupted economy originated from other problems which draw an ominous picture from Pakistan. The other problem that Pakistan suffers the most is increasing religious extremism and ethnical tendencies. Pakistan since its establishment has never tolerated religious and ethnical differences which harmed it a lot. Even today, there is no toleration for religious minorities especially Shias in the society and politics and for other religious minorities especially Christians. Fundamental parties which are supported by gulf countries have high hand in creating such problems in Pakistan, while there is neither a power for curbing n the problems nor a well intention.
The other of Pakistan is that the politicians of that country have not so far succeeded to stop the army from misusing its power in political affairs of the country. Nawaz Sharif the then prime minister of Pakistan to stop the army but not only succeeded but forced to resign from his job and presently he is in prison.
What have been stated above are a bit of problems in social and political arena that Omran Khan should stand and fight against.
In international arena, Pakistan due to supporting and hosting terrorist groups especially the leaders of Taliban and Al-Qaida is suffering from international isolation, and USA and the west do not think of Pakistan as the Pakistan of 70s and 80s who received billions of dollars to support the war against the then Soviet Unions.
Therefore, the problems that Oran Khan facing in international field is not less than the problems he should fight against within the country.
Omran Khan from the beginning of his elections campaign was reciting attractive slogans that he seriously campaign against corruption, the problem that the two outstanding political families not succeeded to do so. ( Boto’s and Nawaz Sharif’s  families).
In addition, during his elections campaign and now who is close to the prime minister’s house is talking about improving relations with America, Afghanistan and India, even he claimed that he would remove the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan to implement the example of European nations in South Asia.
According political experts probably the Pakistan army will not reject Omran Khan’s word addressing America and the west but Pakistan policy regarding to India and Afghanistan should satisfy the intelligence service and the Generals of the Army.  Therefore, the politicians in Pakistan do not take serious the statement of Omran khan who is experiencing working with the army just now. They suggest it would be better he as a prime minister, instead of using exaggerating words, think about how to manage and rescue the state policy from the monopoly of the army.

While IS stationed in Juwzjan and Sur- i- Pul provinces are mostly Chi Chinese, Uzbekistanis, Russians, French, Tajikistanis and Kurghistanis, among them there are some former Taliban commanders who have joined IS.

Taliban about ten days ago, captured three women who were the citizens of Chi chin and Uzbekistan fought alongside IS after raping and torture killed. Presently some IS militants are under the siege of Taliban in some villages of Darzab district, Juwzjan province.  Although, they are in a very difficult condition, but still resisting against the invaders.
According to local residents, Taliban receive aids from the other side Amu river, but it is not clear how does IS supplied in the north of Afghanistan. However, they enjoy of having many facilities and equipment there.
Russian diplomats’ claim that IS supported by US, the claim repeatedly denied by US military authorities.
Political experts believe fighting between Taliban and IS in Afghanistan, is another chapter in political war of foreign countries in the country.
Taliban and IS both are competing and fighting to achieve the regional objectives of their foreign patrons at cost of Afghans lived and destruction of their homeland.  Unfortunately the Afghans in the rank and files of Taliban and IS have so far not understood this open fact.
It should be said that rivalry of Taliban and IS, not only in the north, they are also involved in bloody wars in Nangarhar, Kunar, Zabul and Helmand.
