Kabul (BNA) Unity government since its establishment until now is seeking to improve the situation and meet the public’s demands and for achieving this noble goal has spared no any efforts.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes the Afghan community and people are suffering many problems. If we assess the current situation fairly and impartially, the present government has obtained much of the problems as a heritage from the previous regime that has not performed its obligations and duties, as it required.
Counter terrorism struggle, determining the stance of Afghanistan in level of the region, preventing adventurous and evil circles from carrying out satanic activities in Afghanistan and in the region, restoring security and stability in to the country, ensuring relations with neighbors, and providing a proper ground for boosting economy and commerce and finally ensuring social welfare are the basic elements for building a system.
Building a democratic system of government requires knowledge, political skills, and reasonable dealing with issues. Without doubt, the Afghan authorities with such a view are trying to settle the current problems and improve the situation in the country. They believe for overcoming the challenges, a basic and practical strategy required to be build and based on that overcome the problems.
Considering this fact, the National Unity Government since its establishment has tried to build a concrete base and strategy and according to which deal with political, economic and military affairs and ensures its international relations.
The horrible situation of today is a legacy of the past. The criticisms that addressing the National Unity Government, such as Afghanistan during the last two or three year facing and suffering a difficult situation, the economy is not in proper situation or the existence of foreign forces in the country and the way of dealing with them are issues that the  critics expects to be settle properly. We ask them in order to fitful the expectations; cordially ask them to refer to facts and realities of the region. It is a clear fact that terrorism and extremism exist in the region and certain countries using those notorious phenomenon great problems for Afghans and some other countries.
For this reason, the world community justifies the presence of foreign forces in Afghanistan.
The National Unity Government is fighting against many serious problems, to overcome the problems and challenges in national level, there would be an urgent need, for establishing a true and strong national unity the source of invincible power. If we obtain such a power this is national unity then as the historical documents show, we can achieve our lofty goals and neither our domestic foes nor our foreign enemies can resist us.
Therefore, it is the obligation and duty every patriotic Afghan toward building a true national unity in order to overcome the current problems and challenges, because as the past experiences show, just criticism cannot settle the problems and defeat terrorism.

Kabul (BNA) Recently the president held an advisory meeting with political and jihadi leaders on political developments in the country, preparations for holding parliamentary and districts’ councils and supporting security and defense forces.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes the sensitive situation of the country requires urgent putting in end all difference, consciously reasoning and thinking. In this critical situation all people’s strata including politicians, cultural peoples, and civil society activists should know their obligations and responsibilities and act accordingly. What the president held under the title of advisory meeting with political and Jihadi leaders was an admirable and important move on discussing current issues of the county. This indicates that the leadership of the country does not believe monopolization but wants to have the opinions of educated, elites and people in general on critical issues that determine the destiny of people and link to national interests. Holding parliamentary and districts councils elections discuss in an advisory meeting, whereas, the selection committee recently presented the list of candidates for membership of the two elections commissions to the president that can be a firm step toward reforming the system of elections. But unfortunately, the appointments of the commissioners for the two election commissions have taken place without asking the opinions of elders, political elites, and people in general.
Although, the president continuous the series of advisory meetings for improving administrative affairs of the country, but it requires, the advisors who attend the meetings should ignoring their own interests, only focus on national interests. In addition, it would be necessary; the authorities of the country do their best for realizing and implementing in practice the useful and constructive consultations. The current situation of the country asks all committed residents and citizens of the country including, the leadership, members of the cabinet, parliament, state employees and military staff to work according a practical plan and program, because the people want a constructive and fruitful work. Ensuring peace and tranquility are an old dream of our people and this only realized when all the residents of the country ignoring all kinds of discriminations including linguistic, ethnical, religious discriminations and political differences just think about Afghanistan. In such way of thinking, we certainly overcome all challenges and problems and ensure peace and stability in the country. Finally, it would of great importance, to carry out any national program and move according consensus because, without unity would not succeed and achieve our objectives

Kabul (BNA) Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is committed to fight against corruption and believes in bringing reforms, continuation of fighting and terror activities cannot a pretext and barrier on the way of realization of these objectives. The government of Afghanistan on the eve of Brussels Conference conducting meetings with 50 countries and international organization have assessed the implementation of the commitments of Afghan government regarding to bringing reforms, counter – corruption campaign and good governance.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes an international session on continuing international aids to Afghanistan will be hold in Brussels the capital of Belgium very soon. The conference has planed while earlier the international community in regional and international sessions on Afghanistan in Warsaw, London, Brussels, Kabul and other places have depended their aids to Afghanistan to bringing reforms, counter corruption campaign and good governance as pre- requisite to continuation of their aids.
Afghanistan as a war – torn country seriously needs the assistances of international community, therefore, for achieving the aids, has made certain commitments to meet the pre – requisite imposes by international community. At Brussels conference, the donors will assess the implementation of the commitments of Afghan government in practice and the level of its achievements in that regard.
For this reason, Kabul was the scene of a session under the title of the Session of Joint Board for Monitoring and Organizing Brussels Conference with participation of Afghan representatives and 50 countries and international organizations where the participants expressed and shared their views regarding to implementation of Afghan government’s commitments in practice and holding Brussels session.
The world community insists on practical and effective campaign of Afghan government against corruption, establishing good governance and bringing reforms, Eklil Hakimi the Afghan finance minister claims that his country implementing its commitments has obtained the satisfaction of international community. But, the statements delivered by European Union envoy and UN special envoy to Afghanistan say something contrary to that.  They considering the achievements of Afghanistan in fighting corruption insufficient, insist on further efforts in that regard.  It is a fact that insecurity, corruption, poor governance are the most crucial problems that Afghan community suffering a lot. What the international community addressing Afghanistan has said is a bitter fact that cannot ignored. It is important to present a satisfactory response and adopt effective measures for removing the problems. As president, Ghani says in that regard, terrorism should not be a pretext and barrier on the way of reforming. He pointed out that stability, reforming and the rule of law are essential for us and bringing reform on judicial and justice sectors is among the priorities of Afghan government. This indicates that Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is very serious in fighting against corruption and injustice and strongly committed to bringing reforms. Therefore, Brussels Conference should not be the scene of hosting some delegations but should be scene of practical political and economic commitments for supporting Afghan people who have sustained grave problems imposed on them abroad.
The economic development of Afghanistan without doubt depends on international cooperation and the commitments of its people for ensuring security, political stability and conscientiously straggles against corruption, the issues that the Afghans and international community should act accordingly.

Kabul (BNA) Afghan people expect the leadership of the country especially the diplomatic organs to raise the current problems with Pakistan and find the way of their solutions in order to prevent the supremacy and further influence of that country in Afghanistan.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes Torkham border area was the scene of armed clashes between Afghan and Pakistani forces last week, which caused casualties, and destruction for both sides.
Meanwhile, the incident badly affected transportation and trading between the two countries that caused heavy losses to merchants of both countries. However, what is important to focus on is the interest of the both countries for settling the Torkham problem and problems alike via diplomacy, which can be effective for improving cooperation between the two countries.
The way of ensuring contacts and establishing relation for settling the problems and improving relation is the obligation of diplomatic organ and the diplomats of the country but what causes the major concern of our people is the current tense relation with Pakistan.
Building military installations by Pakistan in Torkham is not the only problem that exists in relation between the two countries, Pakistanis interventions, aggressions and other violations of that country are going much beyond the Torkham’s incident.
The ambitious and unpractical objectives of Pakistani militarists go beyond the aim they wanted to achieve in Torkham. If they in disguise of Taliban conducting war in Wardouj district, Badakhshan province or they kill our innocent people in Helmand, destroying the infrastructure of homeland, plundering our mines, and establishing barrier on the way of our progress and prosperity, in reality are Pakistani troops conducting a proxy war against Afghanistan. If it is not so, General Parwiz Musharaf the then Pakistan president never called Taliban and Al – Qaeda the champions of Pakistan. The purpose of the above statement is that Pakistan is following much greater programs than raised in Torkham incident. Pakistan consider herself in the same rank with the countries helped Afghans in their Jihad and fighting against the then Soviet Union, such incentives and ideas have made Pakistan to think about designing strategic programs and asking for more privileges.
The Afghan delegation that goes to Pakistan will raise the newly created Torkham problem with Pakistani authorities, but, the Afghan people want the negotiations be constructive and transparent. The talks should not focus on only a specific issue, but, be the beginning for settling all problems that badly affect the relation between the two countries. If Pakistan talks about border problem, Taliban, Daesh and Al – Qaeda are major sources that create horrible problems for Afghanistan, have their sanctuaries and stronghold in Pakistan. Holding talks with terrorist groups who used by foreign intelligence, as a means of pressure against Afghanistan would be in vain. Therefore, it would be better, the diplomatic organs of the country conduct negotiations with Pakistan under supervision of credible international organizations in order the realities about illegal foreign policies regarding to Afghanistan become clear than ever before.
