Kabul (BNA) European Union declaring its support from inter – Afghan negotiations, insisted on starting Afghan government and Taliban talks.
BNA political affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes Mrs. Federica Maharini the representative European Union for foreign policy arrived Kabul yesterday and visited Afghan senior officials including President Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah Abdul the head of executive of Afghan government.
The visit of this high ranking member of European Union from Kabul indicates that Afghanistan despite of experiencing many problems is at focus of world attention due to active policies of its government.
Mrs. Maharini in her visits with Afghan leaders talked about many issues among them peace negotiation process with Taliban, the future policy of Afghanistan, EU stance over Afghanistan and prospect of EU cooperation with Afghanistan were the basic and main issues discussed.
It should be said that EU has a five article agenda on Afghanistan that includes helping Afghanistan to provide an extensive peace process, reforming all state and security organs, providing financial assistance for militias who join peace, increase trade among the countries of region and increasing the level of economic to Afghanistan.
The agenda confirmed and supported by the leadership of Afghan government.
The statements expressed by High Representative of EU for foreign affairs and security policy clearly show that peace in Afghanistan and determining the future policy of that country is of great importance for that organization. They want to assess the complicated dimensions of peace in Afghanistan and seek the logical ways for going out from the war.
From EU point of view  extensive negotiations among Afghans and starting talks between Taliban and Afghan government is the first step for settling Afghan problem,  the continuation of which challenging the stability of the region , beyond the region and even Europe.
There are many similarities between EU view points and the view points and programs of President Ghanis’ led government.
The president links the solution of the ongoing Afghan problem to inter- Afghan peace talks and direct talks with Taliban and consider the role of feigners as a facilitator
As, President Ghani in his talks with EU high ranking official made clear that the stability that  comes through bullets, force and intimidation, would not be stability but it would be a new chapter for another unrest.  Afghanistan suffering a violence that is not only the product of interior situations but it is the product of regional and international conditions. Therefore, it would be a need to assess every dimension of the problem and propose a practical way for the solution of the problem.
The above statements has a clear message for Taliban who want with support of certain foreign countries trying to impose their policy   on our people, while they are a part of foreign policy designed to achieve the foreigner’s interests.
Today it is becoming clearer that Afghan government is representing Afghan people. EU, US and other countries around the world consider the process of peace negotiations as an ownership of Afghans and insist on directs talks of Taliban with Afghan government.  This stance finally finds the way of solution and Afghan government will achieve its humane goal and restore stability in to the country.
