With the continuation of war in the country, the privet and national infrastructures including training medical and commercial centers   have been damaged in the country.
With destruction of public institutions thousands of compatriots deprive from access in to public services.
Our people believe that destruction of infrastructures and imposing economic losses to the people are the major objectives of terrorist groups.
The terrorist groups with ruthless killing of civilians and destructing and looting their prosperities have proved that they are fighting against people.
With continuation of armed opposition groups’ activities, training system and presenting medical, social and economic services to people severely decreased, this only leads to meet the enemies’ objectives.
A number of intelligence services of countries of the region are trying to prevent the progress of Afghanistan using any means and this is one of their priorities.
The terrorist groups who work according to instructions of those intelligence services are the main force and means to meet their illegal goals and objectives.
Considering the evil goals of the enemies and their mercenaries, the public utility properties severely needed to be protected. They should not be used as political and military objectives but should considered as public assets and protect them.
Taliban who consider themselves as a part of people should commit that no more destroy public utility projects.
