Editorial

Sunday, March 03, 2013
Kabul (BNA) Based on media reports the chief of Pakistani religious scholars’ council after offering deceptive statements finally revealing his heinous intention called suicide attacks in Afghanistan legal and in Pakistan illegal.
Political analyst of BNA writes on that regard:
Three months ago, the Afghan and Pakistani high ranking authorities, in a meeting in Islamabad agreed on holding a meeting of the religious scholars of the two countries in Kabul to express their views on suicide attacks and violence carried out in name of Islam. This agreement reached in a time, suicide attacks and planting mines have taken the lives of many people in both countries. If the situation continues alike, it can lead the political and social conditions in to a lethal crisis. So far, for holding such a meeting has been planned three times, but due to the pretexts of some Pakistani clerics who have their own interests, the meeting failed to be held. They claimed that the meeting had no a specific agenda, therefore, the Pakistani religious scholars could not attend it. But finally, Mr. Taher Ashrafi the chief of Pakistani religious scholars in an interview with BBC calling suicide attacks legal in Afghanistan, Kashmir and Palestine and illegal in Pakistan expressed his inhumane intention against all Islamic teachings.
He argues that since Afghanistan has been occupied by America, suicide attacks are legal there. If we focus deeply on political and military realities of the region, it becomes clear that before stationing international, special American troops in Afghanistan, there was close and friendly ties between Pakistan and America and the two countries were strategic allies for a long time. The Pakistanis received tremendous aids of America and in exchange of that the United States used and still using the geo- political location of Pakistan for its strong presence in the region. The Pakistani army, that Pakistani clerics consider it as stamina of their country is nothing but a unit of British and America’s armies. The Pakistani army still has been owing to military, logistical and technical assistance of US and finally, if the western countries are playing a game in Afghanistan and intentionally don’t want equip Afghan securities forces it is because of the recommendations of certain circles in Pakistan. Now a question rises, which country was occupied first? Afghanistan or Pakistan, Mr. Ashrafi should answer, but honestly.
On the other hand, Mullah Ashrafi this unaware cleric of Islamic teachings who considers suicide attacks legal in Afghanistan how he justifies the killing of some innocent civilians in a suicide attack on Murad Khani, suicide attack on Qargha recreation area, suicide attack on prayers in first day of Eid in Maimana, repeated suicide attacks on mosques in Kunduz, Takhar and Kandhar and numerous such evil acts. At these barbaric attacks, there were no casualties among military forces and foreign nationals at all. How does, Mullah Asharfi justify the killing of these innocent people according to sharia law, and according to which verses of holy Koran and the great prophet’s says calls the killing of Afghans legal. According to Islamic teachings and principles is there a difference between the blood of an Afghan and Pakistani? What will be the answer of this Pakistani cleric to above questions who deliberately defames Islam?  The verses of holy Koran on intentionally killing of innocent people are clear and there is no difference between Arab non-Arab, Afghan and Pakistani. So, according to which Islamic teachings and principles, Mullah Taher this notorious cleric considers suicide attacks legal in one Islamic country and in another Islamic country illegal?
Taliban on their suicide attacks mostly caused distraction and casualties among innocent people, ignoring such crimes are impossible.  Certainly, mullah Ashrafi personally does not want to carry suicide attack by himself or his relatives. If someone asks him why you and your relatives don’t want to carry out suicide attacks by yourselves? In this case he without doubt he argues in another way and says suicide has not been permitted in Islam. This kind of clerics always use Islam as a means of exploitation to their own benefits
But we tell Mr. Ashrafi that the God knows about everything and punish the hypocrites.
So it would be better for Mullah Ashrafi to change his satanic belabors and work for peace and tranquility of people according to Islam and to avoid persuading innocent but unaware Muslims  for conducting suicide attacks, forbidden by great Islam the religion of peace and brotherhood.
