Kabul (BNA) Afghan government seriously condemned recent reports which said two British soldiers have forced Afghan children to touch them through their clothes. 
According to reports, two British soldiers had made an Afghan boy and girl aged 10 to touch the soldiers from their clothes and then shown the video to other soldiers. 
Afghan government while condemning this act of the British soldiers considered it as child abuse and immoral act. 
The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has been aggravated by such incidents followed recently by foreign soldiers in Afghanistan and has helped weaken the trust and cooperation of people with the soldiers. 
Afghan government is asking the British government to fully and urgently investigate the case and punish and the two soldiers.

Kabul (BNA) International Biography Center of London Cambridge has delivered a letter to Afghan Philosopher Mohammad Sediq Afghan. 
According to the letter, among 2000 elite scholars of world, Mohammad Sediq Afghan has been authorized to introduce elite figures to the world encyclopedias. 
Therefore, government institutions and academic centers of the country can introduce to introduce the most elite figures to the world’s mathematics philosophy center for registration in the world encyclopedias. 
According to reports, Dr. Zaker Naik, a knowledgeable figure of Islamic world has asked Mohammad Sediq Afghan to cooperate with him in affairs. 
Mohammad Sediq Afghan in the book titled “Who is who in world” has been named as philosopher in ‘A’ paragraph. 
It is worth mentioning that famed writers of the world have published dozens books, articles and reports related to Sediq Afghan.

Kabul (BNA) An agreement of cooperation signed between the chambers of commerce of Afghanistan and the Hamdan of Iran in Kabul. 
On the basis of this agreement exchanges of commercial delegations will be exchanged, joint chamber of commerce will be established in Kabul and Hamdan of Iran, trade relations will be expanded, and that trade exhibitions will be organized in Kabul and Hamdan as well as trade goods and the products of Hamdan to Kabul and that of Kabul to Hamdan will be exchanged.  
The agreement was signed by Rahimullah Head of Board of Directors of Kabul Chambers of Commerce and Industries and chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Hamdan of Iran. 
Mohammad Qurban Haqjo Executive Head of Board of Directors of Chambers of Commerce and Industries said at the ceremony that we welcome the expansion of trade ties especially the interest taken by the Iranian traders in exporting of Afghan products to Iran and the Iranian investment in Afghanistan. 
The Iranian embassy trade attaché in Kabul said that his embassy in Kabul will issue trade visa for the Afghan traders. 
The Iranian exports to Afghanistan in 1389 have been recorded at 1.3 billion US dollars while Afghan exports indicate USD 32 million. 
The members of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries have deposited Afs 500,000 at the Pashtany Bank for encouraging the Kabul Municipality for rehabilitation of Chehelstoon, Taj Baig and Darul Aman Palaces.

Kabul (BNA) The amendment seekers group for Lower House of Afghan parliament in a meeting with Hamid Karzai, president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan stressed on consolidation of national unity in the country. 
In the meeting, which was held on Thursday in Afghan presidential palace, the country’s overall circumstances were discussed. 
The amendment seekers group while enumerating their goals said the group is aimed at consolidation of the system and sound work relation between the three government powers. 
In the meeting they asked the president to introduce the acting ministers to Wolisi Jirga for vote of confidence. 
The president assured the group that the new list of Afghan remaining ministers would be delivered to the Jirga once the Jirga began its new work year. 
Hamid Karzai while pointing out related to current political issues said Afghan government has agreed on opening of an office in Qatar for the armed opponents in order that peace is soon tightened in Afghanistan because Afghan people need peace in their country very much.

Kabul (BNA) The national police personnel have started measures for arresting of narcotic sellers in Kabul province. 
According to interior ministry press office, a campaign for arresting of addicts persons and narcotic sellers stared in Kabul and still continues. 
According to the source, 31 narcotic sellers have been identified and 2 narcotic sellers were captured, more than 3 Kg of heroin, 2,500 Kg of opium, 50,400 Kg of hashish, 1087 bottle of alcoholic beverages, 13 sets of mobiles, a pistol, and 100 dollars were seized from the suspects. 
It is said that a coordinated program for collection of addicted people have been started and it has plan to make a proper palace for them to be under treatment.

Blast Kills Head Of NSD In Helmand

Kabul (BNA) Head of National Security Directorate and member of social council of Nadali district of Helmand province was killed in a bomb blast yesterday. 
This event occurred near the house of Wali Mohammad head of national security directorate of Nadali district. 
According to reports, the bomb was placed near the house of Wali Mohammad head of national security and exploded while he came out from his house with a number of local elders. 
Daud Ahmadi spokesperson for Helmand governor said to this news agency, in this event, at least two of his accomplices were killed and one other has been injured.

Narcotic Seized In Nimrooz

Zaranj, (BNA) Police of Nimrooz province have seized a quantity of narcotic in that province today. 
Mosa Rasooli, police chief of Nimrooz province said to this news agency, 1500 Kg of opium and 97 Kg of heroin which were placed in two vehicles were seized by police from Khas district of that province. 
According to him, 4 passengers of these vehicles were captured in connection of the case and are under custody.

Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan severely condemned terrorist attack near Kandahar Airport in which a huge number of our innocent compatriots were killed and injured. 
According to governor office of Kandahar, a suicide bomber in a corolla car full of explosive materials blew himself up near Kandahar International Airport in which 7 innocent compatriots including two children were martyred and 8 others including a woman and two children were injured. 
According to presidential press office to BNA, Hamid Karzai called killing of women and innocent children a barbaric action against Islamic culture and asked Taliban to desist from killing of women and children and other innocent people. 
President Karzai expressed his deep sorrow to the victims of the incident and hoped good health for injured of this event.

40 New Schools Inaugurated In Maidan-Wardak

Kabul (BNA) Forty new schools have been inaugurated in Maidan-Wardak yesterday.
These schools have been constructed with the assistance of World Bank (WB) and PRT of Turkish at the cost of $ 2 million. 
Fazlulrahman Tariq education head of Maidan-Wardak province said that with construction of these schools, approximately, for 20,000 students educational facilities were provided. 
According to him, each school has 6 to 8 classrooms and other educational facilities. 
In the inaugural ceremony of these schools, Farooq Wardak Minister of Education said with financial cooperation of World Society we try to solve shortages of classroom in the schools. 
He pledged to build 100 new schools in Maidan-Wardak province within next two years.  
Meanwhile, Mohammad Halim Fedai governor of Maidan Wardak called construction of these schools a useful achievement in extension of education in that province and asked education authorities to accelerate construction of new school.   Translated by Suraya-Yarzada

Kabul (BNA) Nine Afghan National Army soldiers wounded during operations with the armed insurgents in the provinces of the country. 
National defense ministry press office said to this news agency, these soldiers were wounded during operations with the armed insurgents in Logar, Khost and Helmand provinces. 
In these operations, 2 Kalashnikovs and 8 mines were seized by these forces in Kandahar, Farah and Helmand province.
