Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai who is on an official visit to Europe by being informed of the rocket attack on a residential home in Ala Sai district of Kapisa in which a mother with her child were martyred and seven other family members wounded was saddened and condemned this attack with the strongest words. 
According to a report of interior ministry two rocket were fired on a residential home in Ali Sai district of Kapisa province while one of the rocket hit the home in which a 3-year-old child and her mother were martyred and seven other members of the family were wounded. 
The president strongly condemning this attack said that the enemies of the country once again targeted our innocent countrymen and saddened them. 
President Karzai strongly condemned the terrorist attack and added that the enemies of the country by such attacks indicate their weakness towards the killing innocent people and this saddens them. 
He conveyed his deep sympathies to the bereaved family and asked for their patience and early recovery of the wounded.

Kabul (BNA) Nearly 200 personnel of ministry of interior paid their donating money to the bank account in Pashtani Bank for reconstruction of historic places as Darul Aman, Chelston and Tajj Baig Hill. 
In a ceremony which was attended by deputy minister General Mirza Mohammad Yarmand, General Ghulam Ali Wahdat maintaining deputy of MoI, income head for Kabul Municipality, a number of generals, chiefs and personnel of MoI. 
Praising Kabul Municipality for its efforts towards reconstruction of the historic palaces administrative deputy minister of MoI General Mirza Mohammad Yarmand said, “The process of collection the money as donation shows high cultural values of a society. 
“At the end of the ceremony, income head for Kabul Municipality considered the process as a national process for reconstruction of the palaces in the country and praised interior ministry’s personnel for their donation in this regard.

Kabul (BNA) General Bismillah Mohammadi, Minister of Interior visited Maidan Wardak province to review security situation of the province the other day. 
The minister held separate meetings with provincial governor, provincial police chief, and police training centers, district police commanders, provincial council members, ulemas and tribal elders. 
The minister in his meetings with local officials of Maidan Wardak once again emphasized on the ministry’s six priorities as training, equipments, capacity building, improvement of salaries and police reforms, adding the ministry would make efforts to achieve such goals. 
He said, “Afghan national police should get all capabilities in every field in particular professional training, capacity building, leadership and equipments before 2014 when security transition process is completed. 
In his visits, the minister of interior praised a number of security officials for their efforts towards maintaining security in the province.

kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai strongly condemns the terrorist attack in the city of Lashkargah in Helmand province that killed and injured a number of innocent civilians.
While currently on trip to Europe, the President was saddened to hear the news on the incident and condemns it in the strongest possible terms.
As per the information by the provincial governor’s office, a suicide car bomber attacked a NATO vehicle in the southern city of Lashkargah on Thursday, killing four civilians including a child and wounding 31 others that include three women.
President Karzai condemned the “inhuman and un-Islamic” act committed by those who constantly target populated areas just to kill and harm innocent people. The President stresses that the cruel enemy will earn nothing but growing public hatred and who will certainly be held to account in the hereafter.
The President expresses his deep sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the grieving families of the victims and prays for a speedy recovery of those injured.

US have number of Nato supply routes

United States have number of Nato supply routes that are being used despite the closure of Pakistani routes, US state department said on Thursday.

During a daily press briefing, state department's spokesperson Victoria Nuland said that US think that Pakistan has a very important role to play in supporting reconciliation process.

She said that Pakistan was part of the Istanbul process, part if the Bonn process, supporting this reconciliation effort.

The spokesperson said that Ambassador Grossman was ready to go to Pakistan but the Pakistani government was very much involved in an internal review of its relations with United States.

Pakistan Federal Interior Minister, Rehman Malik Thursday revealed intelligence eight suicide bombers have entered the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi as per intelligence reports..

Talking to media here, he said, following the reports of possible terrorist activities, the security has been further tightened across the country and especially in the Capital to foil nefarious designs of the anti-state elements.

Commenting on the recent firing incidents in Karachi and Quetta, he said some elements want to fan sectarianism especially to destabilize Karachi, which is the hub of economic activities of the country

Assailants fired nine rockets here on Friday; three of them hit the outer wall of Pakistan Military Academy, DCO Abottabad Imtiaz Hussain Shah said.

No one was hurt in the pre-dawn attack but three rockets damaged the outer wall of the academy.

"Nine rockets were fired. Three rockets hit the boundary wall of the military academy and damaged it. No one was hurt in the attack," the DCO said.

"We have launched a search operation," Shah added. The six other rockets landed in open fields near the outer wall, he said.

It was not immediately clear who was responsible for the attack.

Kabul (BNA) The higher education ministry will establish 5 higher education institutions in the provinces of the country. 
Prof. Abdul Azim Noorbakhsh spokesman of higher education ministry said to BNA, the higher education ministry for upgrading of capacity in the universities, higher education institutions and further access of youths to higher education in the country, will build five more higher education institutions at the beginning of the come new year.  
According to him, these institutions will be build in Urozgan, Ghoor, Farah, Paktika and Sar-i-Pul provinces by the higher education ministry. 
He said that for further enrolling of youths in the universities and higher education institutions of the country, approximately, 20 faculties and 50 new Depts. created in the frame of state universities and nigh sections have been extended into the higher education institutions in the provinces of the country. 
According to him, the higher education ministry tries to provide further facilities for higher education and creation of facilities for youths in the country.

Gardiz (BNA) The certificates of public training course were distributed to soldiers of contingents of 203 army corps of Paktia province today. 
Lt. General Saht Gul spokesman of this contingents said to BNA, 50 soldiers of this contingent who have trained within last two months in this commandment were obtained certificates. 
He said that this is the 4th round of graduation of soldiers from this commandment that the obtained graduation documents.

Pul-i-Khomri (BNA) 20 members group of armed insurgents were jointed peace process in Baghlan province yesterday. 
According to police chief of Baghlan, the armed insurgents in three group led by commander Besmillah, Mullah Adel and Commander Joma Khan Sarkhaki giving up violence and jointed with their hand arms to peace process. 
Last week, a 5 members group was joined to peace process in the Tala and Barfak district.
