Kabul (BNA) Inaugurating the 16th round of second legislative year of the National Assembly president Hamid Krzai emphasized that Afghanistan is not the political lab test for aliens that in every several years they should experience order and or other political structures in it. 
He added that during the past forty years several political orders were tested in our country the result of which have been destruction of social structure and values of Afghanistan. 
He stressed that I want say with seriousness and decisiveness that we shall never permit that a dangerous image of another political order is established in our country. 
Touching on the process of peace he said that despite sacrifices of the government of Afghanistan and the high peace council will continue its efforts for bringing about peace to the country. 
He emphasized that the Afghan nation is in possession of peace process and talks, and no country or alien foundation can take this right from the people of Afghanistan and Afghanistan once again reiterates on the principles and values that the recent Traditional Loya Jirgah has advised. 
He expressed the hope that those brothers who are engaged in a war against their people understand the recent developments of the country and know that war is for the benefit of aliens and only Afghans and their country is being destroyed and they will shoulder its burdens. 
He added that I am desirous that our brothers involved in the war lay down their arms immediately and stop fighting against their own country and join the peace efforts. 
He noted that despite the efforts of the government and the people of Afghanistan for restoration of peace and reduction of conflicts, unfortunately during the current year we suffered immense sacrifices and miseries. 
He regretted over the loss of life of our countrymen during the past several years by the enemies of the people of Afghanistan. 
He also expressed regret over the death of the youth who due to instigation of the Taliban and foreigners have been sent to Afghanistan and have lost their lives here. It is said that at the inaugural session of the 16th legislative round of the second legislative year of the National Assembly that was held at the building of the parliament, was also attended by vice-president, acting chairman of supreme court, Jehadi personalities, members of the cabinet and supreme court, heads of independent departments, ambassadors of friendly countries to Kabul and representatives of the international agencies. 
Another report adds that initially Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi speaker of House of People spoke and said that the National Assembly is starting its second legislative year at a time the country is facing big challenges. 
Addressing the inaugural session president Karzai in his speech described the achievements of the past year and said that during last year great steps have been taken for strengthening of the security forces, expansion of socio-economic base. 
He also mentioned the continued participation of Afghanistan at the international conferences and added that after Amani era for the first time 500 Afghan students were sent to India and Turkey at the expenses of government and his government intends to increase the special budget for the students at the foreign universities up to Afs, 500 million. 
He also recalled that during the current year some Jehadi religious, cultural personalities of the country were also targeted by the enemies and were killed.

Four Suicide Bombers Killed

Kabul (BNA) Security officials of Paktika told, an attack of armed Taliban on government organizations defused in Barmal district of that province.
According to the reports, around 10:00 am today, four suicide attackers wanted to target the joint headquarters of Afghan and NATO forces in Barmal district of Paktika province which were killed by security personnel before arriving to their target.
Mokhlis Afghan spokesman of Paktika Governor told BNA, these attackers before entering into the Barmal district’s bazaar have been identified by Afghan forces and during a clash all were killed.
This clash continued for an hour in which the Afghan and civilians had no casualties, said the spokesman.
Mokhlis said, these four suicide attackers have been entered from other side of the border to carry out terrorist attacks in this province.
Barmal is a border district that more armed Taliban come from Duran-line in Afghanistan.

Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai is deeply saddened and grieved by an incident in which four French soldiers were killed and sixteen others were injured in the province of Kapisa.
Reports indicate that an Afghan National Army solider opened fire at NATO troops based in Tagab district of Kapisa province killing four French soldiers and injuring sixteen others.
Whiled grieved by the tragic incident, President Karzai expresses his deepest sympathies and condolences to French President, families of the victims and the people of France.
Pointing to the historical relations the two countries have been enjoying, President Karzai said, “France has been generous to provide extensive assistance to Afghanistan over the past ten years. Throughout history, the two countries have enjoyed a sincere relationship, which Afghan people would always cherish.”

180 Arms Seized In Urozgan

Trenkot, (BNA) 180 arms and quantity of ammunition were discovered and defused in operations by national army forces in Urozgan province yesterday. 
General Mohammad Zafar commander of 4 battalion of national army stationed in that province said to BNA, this operations conducted in outskirts of Trenkot  city, 180 arms and quantity of ammunition were discovered and defused by national army forces. 
Mohammad Omer Shirzad governor of that province appreciated work and efforts of national army forces and praised them in this field.

Road Asphalting Work Executed In Urozgan

Trenkot (BNA) With asphalting of 4 km road in Trenkot center of Urozgan province, transportation facilities provided for hundreds of families. 
Mohammad Omar Shirzad governor of Urozgan province said to BNA, this road has 40 km length and 7 km wide and was constructed with the assistance of Dutch country at the cost of one and half million dollars in 4 month. 
This road continued from Tori village center of Urozgan to Airport and has been solved transportation problems of hundred families. 
A resident of Tori village of Trenkot district said to this news agency, with asphalting of this road problems of residents in this village have been solved and requested government to attention for implementation of other utility projects in this province.
Governor of Urozgan province called this project useful for the people.

Kabul (BNA) Security officials for Baghlan province have been appreciated by Afghan ministry of women affairs for the arrest of violence perpetrators against Sahar Gul. 
Ubaidullah Ramin and Ashiqullah Wafa, representatives of people in Afghan parliament while handing over appreciation sheets of Afghan ministry of women affairs to provincial police chief, security director, counter crime director, police spokesman and two officials of police in 2nd city district of Baghlan praised them for the efforts they made for the arrested of the perpetrators of violence against Sahar Gul. 
The representatives of people asked the security officials of Baghlan to take serious steps for the arrest of Sahar Gul’s husband and her father in law, who are the real perpetrators of violence against her. 
Sahar Gul has been recently freed by Afghan police in Baghlan province after she had spent seven months in custody and suffered tortures. 
Meanwhile, Baghlan province have arrested Sahar Gul’s mother in law and her sister in law who had repeatedly tortured her for seven months, but police couldn’t have found yet the real perpetrators.

Kabul (BNA) Afghan government seriously condemned recent reports which said two British soldiers have forced Afghan children to touch them through their clothes. 
According to reports, two British soldiers had made an Afghan boy and girl aged 10 to touch the soldiers from their clothes and then shown the video to other soldiers. 
Afghan government while condemning this act of the British soldiers considered it as child abuse and immoral act. 
The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has been aggravated by such incidents followed recently by foreign soldiers in Afghanistan and has helped weaken the trust and cooperation of people with the soldiers. 
Afghan government is asking the British government to fully and urgently investigate the case and punish and the two soldiers.

Kabul (BNA) International Biography Center of London Cambridge has delivered a letter to Afghan Philosopher Mohammad Sediq Afghan. 
According to the letter, among 2000 elite scholars of world, Mohammad Sediq Afghan has been authorized to introduce elite figures to the world encyclopedias. 
Therefore, government institutions and academic centers of the country can introduce to introduce the most elite figures to the world’s mathematics philosophy center for registration in the world encyclopedias. 
According to reports, Dr. Zaker Naik, a knowledgeable figure of Islamic world has asked Mohammad Sediq Afghan to cooperate with him in affairs. 
Mohammad Sediq Afghan in the book titled “Who is who in world” has been named as philosopher in ‘A’ paragraph. 
It is worth mentioning that famed writers of the world have published dozens books, articles and reports related to Sediq Afghan.

Kabul (BNA) An agreement of cooperation signed between the chambers of commerce of Afghanistan and the Hamdan of Iran in Kabul. 
On the basis of this agreement exchanges of commercial delegations will be exchanged, joint chamber of commerce will be established in Kabul and Hamdan of Iran, trade relations will be expanded, and that trade exhibitions will be organized in Kabul and Hamdan as well as trade goods and the products of Hamdan to Kabul and that of Kabul to Hamdan will be exchanged.  
The agreement was signed by Rahimullah Head of Board of Directors of Kabul Chambers of Commerce and Industries and chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Hamdan of Iran. 
Mohammad Qurban Haqjo Executive Head of Board of Directors of Chambers of Commerce and Industries said at the ceremony that we welcome the expansion of trade ties especially the interest taken by the Iranian traders in exporting of Afghan products to Iran and the Iranian investment in Afghanistan. 
The Iranian embassy trade attaché in Kabul said that his embassy in Kabul will issue trade visa for the Afghan traders. 
The Iranian exports to Afghanistan in 1389 have been recorded at 1.3 billion US dollars while Afghan exports indicate USD 32 million. 
The members of the Chambers of Commerce and Industries have deposited Afs 500,000 at the Pashtany Bank for encouraging the Kabul Municipality for rehabilitation of Chehelstoon, Taj Baig and Darul Aman Palaces.

Kabul (BNA) The amendment seekers group for Lower House of Afghan parliament in a meeting with Hamid Karzai, president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan stressed on consolidation of national unity in the country. 
In the meeting, which was held on Thursday in Afghan presidential palace, the country’s overall circumstances were discussed. 
The amendment seekers group while enumerating their goals said the group is aimed at consolidation of the system and sound work relation between the three government powers. 
In the meeting they asked the president to introduce the acting ministers to Wolisi Jirga for vote of confidence. 
The president assured the group that the new list of Afghan remaining ministers would be delivered to the Jirga once the Jirga began its new work year. 
Hamid Karzai while pointing out related to current political issues said Afghan government has agreed on opening of an office in Qatar for the armed opponents in order that peace is soon tightened in Afghanistan because Afghan people need peace in their country very much.
