Kabul (BNA) In a suicide attack around 30 people martyred and 133 others injured near Abul-Fazil Shrine, Morad Khani area in Kabul today.
Dr. Sayed Kabir Amiri Head of Central Hospitals of Public Health Ministry told this news agency, around 30 dead bodies and 133 injured persons have been shifted to the Kabul hospitals.
He added, the injured persons transferred to Ebni Sena, Jamoryat, Wazir Mohammad Akber Khan, Emergency and Estiqlal hospitals.
Amiri said, a woman and two children are among the martyred.
Mohammad Zahir Head Criminal Department of 101 Asmay told reporters; in this explosion more than 30 persons were martyred.
Eyewitness told BNA reporter that a suicide attacker exploded himself among the pilgrimage doer of Abul-Fazil Shrine.
According to the doctors of the hospitals, the health conditions of some wounded persons are critical.
Meanwhile Dr. Nadira Hayet Borhani deputy minister of public health ministry said, they use all their efforts for treatment of the wounded persons of this incident.
Borhani said, around 30 martyred bodies and 133 injured persons have been shifted to the hospitals.

Kabul (BNA) Angela Merkel, German Prime Minister while Hamed Karzai President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was present in the Bonn International Conference said, after transition of security responsibilities to the Afghan Security Forces, our task will not complete.
According to the Presidential press office report to BNA, in this conference the German Prime Minister once again stressing on her country’s support from Afghanistan said, within last ten years we had vast achievements and after ten years we gathered here for two big objects.
First for the world benefits, we want peace and security in Afghanistan that no threat of terrorism be there and secondly we want to continue our cooperation in Afghanistan till this country stand on its foot and the people of Afghanistan have a peaceful life.
The German Prime Minister said, we want the transition of security responsibilities to the Afghan forces be ended successfully and we do our best efforts on training and development of Afghan Security forces capacity.
The German Prime Minister said, problems of Afghanistan are not solvable merely with Afghans.
Mrs. Markel said, reconstruction of Afghanistan is impossible without security and also development and improvement will not obtain without security.

Medical Center Inaugurated In Kandahar

Kandahar (BNA) A medical center was inaugurated in Panjwai district of Kandahar province yesterday. 
Dr. Abdul Qayoom Pokhla head of the public health of Kandahar province said to BNA, this center was established in the disables’ township in the east of Panjwai district. 
The center has been constructed with the assistance of Canada at the cost of 223,000 dollars within six months, said the source. 
The center has different wards, seven doctors and medical staffs.  
Head of public health department said that hundred residents from different villages of Panjwai district will be benefited from services of this center.

Kabul (BNA) Ten armed insurgents were killed in air attack of coalition forces in Kunar province yesterday. 
According to Shamshad 202 police zone to BNA, the insurgents led by commander Patman wanted to place mine along the road in the vicinities of Manogi district.
During planting of mine, they came under attack by coalition forces in which ten insurgents including the mentioned commander were killed and two others were injured.
Meanwhile, the police of Nangarhar security directorate seized a Kalashnikov, two sets of Satellite Telephone and half Kg of opium from a residential house in outskirt of Batikot district. 
The owner of the house has been captured in connection of the case and is under custody.

Woman Hangs Herself In Parwan

Kabul (BNA) A dead body of a young woman said to have hanged herself was found in Jabal Siraj district of central Parwan province. 
According to police, a number of Ak-47 rifle shots on her body shows that she had killed herself with the rifle. 
Investigations have shown that due to family disputes, she killed herself. 
Parwan police said that further investigations are under way related to this incident and up to now, nobody had been arrested in connection with the incident.

42 Insurgents Killed In Different Provinces

Kabul (BNA) 42 armed insurgents have been killed and 37 others arrested in separate operations conducted by Afghan and NATO forces in a number of Afghan province in the past 24 hours. 
According to Afghan ministry of interior, the operation has been launched in Nangarhar, Laghman, Balkh, Kandahar, Helmand, Khost and Ghazni provinces. 
Numerous arms and weapons have been also seized and discovered in the operations.

Kabul (BNA) The people of Afghanistan opened a new political and economic era after the first Bonn conference in which destiny making decisions and the current political system was formed. 
Afghanistan had been isolated and the people were living under the chaotic and petrifaction environment, so after holding the Bonn conference the people felt their presence along with the international community and the people were optimized of reconstruction process in the country. 
Since the first Bonn conference Afghanistan conducted two presidential and parliamentary elections and as well as provincial councils, religious scholar’s council and tens of social and political foundations were formed. 
Under the constitution, free activities of political parties, human rights foundations, civil society alongside freedom of expression and individual freedom together with mass media shaped and massive economic activities were maintained. 
It’s not an easy task for the current generation who has passed years of volatility under the suppressive regimes to realize democracy process in the country while the bloody incidents and attacks of fundamental groups and extremists taking place over individuals and the institutions. 
Some people believe that if the international community once again leaves Afghanistan alone, perhaps this country which has not yet recovered from the past destructions move towards pathetic and disastrous directions and even partition of the country. 
Unfortunately, our people are still suffering from these kinds of doubts and threats on their minds but holding second Bonn conference can open new page of hope for our nation. 
It in real sense this conference is committed to take accurate and comprehensive decisions for establishment of permanent peace and security in Afghanistan and the continuation of reconstruction process, undoubtedly, the fear and hopelessness of our people will change into hope. 
Now, the people of Afghanistan closely follow the happening of the second Bonn conference to see how the world deals with their country. 
The participation of president of the country with key ministers and representatives of important social and public institutions describes that the various living dimensions of Afghan people will be discussed in the conference.

HPC Provincial Office Opened In Kapisa

Mahmoud Raqi: (BNA) A sub-office for High Peace Council (HPC) was opened on Saturday in Kapisa province. 
In a ceremony which was held in the province, Qazi Mohammad Amin Waqqad, a HPC member, a number of representatives of Kapisa people in Parliament and a large number of local people participated. 
It is said 25 people were selected as members of the council and after separate elections. 
Abdul Mumen Muslim was elected as provincial head of high peace council. 
The High Peace Council branches are set up for carrying peace talks with the government and acceleration of peace process in the provinces.

Kabul (BNA) In yesterday’s senate session chaired by Mohammad Alam Izedyar first secretary of the senate, the tenth of Muhram the day of martyrdom of grandson of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) Hazrate Imam Hussain Iben Ali (PBUH) was celebrated. 
Then the senators started debating issues like the second Bonn Conference, corruption, security issues and other issues and expressed their viewpoints on them. 
The senators also discussed hike in the prices of liquid gas. 
They said that it is expected that the petroleum enterprise department of the ministry of commerce and industries started selling gas from 70 outlets to the needy people and they also complained of the hoarding of gas and non-cooperation of the private sector in this respect. 
Senator Ali Akbar informed the senate that Iran issued work permit for one million Afghan refugees while the passport department of the interior ministry is not prepared to distribute passport for them asking that the issue of extension of the period for passport distribution should be taken up with the Iranian side to resolve this issue.

Woman Killed, 7 Wounded In Wardak Collision

Kabul (BNA) One woman was killed and seven other people, including three females, were injured in a head-on collision in central Maidan Wardak province, an official said.
The accident occurred at around 9:00 am in Salar area of Sayedabad district, Shahidllah Shahid, the governor’s spokesman, said.
He said a car travelling from Ghazni City ploughed into another vehicle coming from Kabul.
The spokesmen blamed the incident due to rash driving.
The injured people were evacuated to the Madan Wardak Civil Hospital, where one of the women said to be in critical condition.
