Kabul (BNA)  In line with the instruction of the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the decision of the Ministers Council a commission under the Ministry of Information and Culture where its members are the independent commission for oversight and implementation of the constitution, the ministry for work and social affairs, the ministry for Hajj and Auqaf, the ministry for education, chief secretariats of the ministers  council, general directorate of manpower and regulating work which  was established in 1391 and arranged the tableau of national days, religious days, historic and international and public holidays.  As it seems that various public and private publication outlets have published New Year calendar on their own which has caused problems and misunderstandings for dear countrymen.  Therefore, once again index of the important days is published to remove all ambiguity in this regard.  It has merit to mention that no one has the right to publish calendar on its own against the approval of the authorized body.  The details will be published later.

Baghlan (BNA) Afghan archeologists have succeeded to discover a graveyard which belongs to Koshanian era in Baghlan province this morning. 
This graveyard has been discovered during excavations of Afghan archeologists in Dasht-i-Kelagai, Doshi district. 
The graveyard discovered this morning, and has tens of graves from Koshanian time. 
Researcher Ketab Khan Faizi in charge of archeological team of the ministry of information and culture in Baghlan said to BNA, As per primary assessment of them, this graveyard belongs to Koshanian. 
Koshanian era reached to the first-fifth AC century.
Meanwhile, Nezamuddin Tokhi care-taker of information and culture Dept. of Baghlan told this news agency, they started investigations on this historical graveyard. 
Afghanistan having thousands year of history, consistently witnesses of huge civilizations.
The discovered relics from different parts of this country show the civilized of the homeland.

Kabul (BNA) A number of writers and poets who had been engaged in writing essays on the occasion of Assad 28, the country’s independent day received awards through a meeting held in the ministry of information and culture. 
Assistant Prof. Abdul Hadi Quraishi, the scenarist for Afghan-Turk friendship documentary film was awarded the first number prize. 
The Afghan-Turk partnership had officially been started by both the Afghan king, Shah Amanullah and the Turkish Ataturk in March of 1921 and played in the national TV and the foreign ministry’s delegation and the friendly Turkish ambassador. 
The BNA and Kabul Times leading bodies congratulate the victory for Ustad Quraishi and wish him more success in the future.

Kabul (BNA) Ministry of information and culture, (MoIC) and the Kabul Municipality conducted a special gathering of ancient Nawroz and new solar year in Bagh-e-Babur. 
Some high government officials and a number of Kabul residents had participated in the grand ceremony. 
The president’s message was read out by Din Mohammad Mubarez, Deputy Information and culture for publications. 
In the message, besides the congratulation of new solar year to the Muslim people of Afghanistan, the president mentioned: “We had acquired achievements in prosperity, development, peace and security in the country. 
But we had faced many problems too, especially in restoring peace and putting an end to war”. 
A huge number of national personalities, brave youngsters, women and children were killed in this way and the people full patiently tolerated all these difficulties, the message said quoting the president. 
The president once again asked the armed oppositions, who are still fighting their country not to kill their countrymen anymore, but lay down arms, join peace process, and try for construction and developments of the country like other Afghans. 
Expressing his deep congratulation on the advent of the ancient Nawroz, deputy publication minister of information and culture, Din Mohammad Mubarez Rashedi called it a national ceremony which accompanies blossom and succulence. 
Nawroz had existed in our country and some other countries (celebrating the day) thousands of years ago. 
Rashedi added that in the course of history, human being could not remain indifferent towards the advent of spring (New Year): all of them positively reacted towards the session at all. 
Mubarez Rashedi added that “We should get improved by passing the time, our life should improve, and we should become open-minded when facing nature, the truth, the knowledge, beauties, reconciliation and being together and safety”. 
Welcoming the day, renews our life, makes us happy and visiting patients had existed in the traditions and manners of the people living in both our country and other countries who are celebrating Nawroz in the course of history.
