Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Shah Wali Qarar, head of a commission for convening the seminar “Nangarhar during history”, the session was held to discuss about a number of articles sent to the commission. 
Secretary of the commission Abdul Hadi Quraishi said it was determined the seminar “Nangarhar during history” was to be held in Jalalabad city during the new solar year with participation of academic and cultural figures of Nangarhar, Laghman and Kunar provinces. 
The seminar is to be held by Afghan ministry of information and culture in the country following a series of seminars, conferences and sessions.
