Kabul (BNA) Dr. Sayed Makhdom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture opened a one day workshop for assessment of performances of employees of service of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and signed the strategic plan for human resource of the ministry.  The workshop covering reporting of performance of employees of the ministry was organized with the cooperation of the independent commission for administrative reforms and civil services at the Press Center of the Ministry.  Dr. Raheen at the workshop drew the attention of the employees to their responsibilities and signed the human resource strategic plan with the head of the human resource department. Ghulam Nabi Farahi deputy information and culture minister also talked on process of administrative reforms and its benefits.  At the end of the workshop Khalid Rashid a member of the administrative reforms commission provided information issues pertaining to the reforms within the civil service spheres.
