Kabul (BNA) Dr. Sayed Makhdom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture in order to prevent demolition of close to 1,000 historical and Islamic monuments of Afghanistan asked Isseseco for cooperation. 
In a letter dispatched to Dr. Abdul Aziz Usman Altejweri General Director of Isseseco asked him to focus attention towards prevention of the demolition of the close to one thousand historical and Islamic monuments in Afghanistan that are in an unpleasant situation. 
Dr. Raheen expressed to hope that Isseseco render financial and technical assistance to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for preservation of its historic monuments that is joint cultural heritage of the world Muslim.
