Violence Against Journalists Reduced

Kabul (BNA) The rate of violence against journalists in Afghanistan reduced 14 percent in 2012 in compare with last year.
Speaking in a ceremony, Sediqullah Tawhidi the head of Nai counted 69 cases of violence against journalists which include killing, injuring, beating and threatening throughout the outgoing year.
In his speech, he attributed 45 cases of violence against journalists to government, four cases to Taliban outfit, one case to NATO-led force and 19 cases to unknown people which indicates 14 percent decrease against last year.
