Kabul (BNA) The house of people in an extraordinary session with Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi on the chair listened to the reports of the minister for information and culture, the minister for urbanization and the governor of Ghzni with regard to the implementation of the projects in Ghzni the capital of Islamic civilians in 2013. 
Speaking at the house, minister for information and culture Dr. Sayed Makhdom Raheen said his ministry is responsible for rebuilding 32 historic monuments and so far 10 have been completed and work for 12 others is continuing. 
He also said that exhibition of provinces industries, seminar on Hakim Sanai Ghaznavi and reviving folklore music are other projects which will be completed by 2013. 
In his speech the minister for urbanization Abdulahi said that two million US dollars had been allocated in 1389 for 27 projects in Ghzni but until the end of the year no money has paid and also there is no budget for the year of 1390 to run the projects in Ghazni. 
He also said 5 million US dollars budget allocated for 1391 and the work began last week.

Kabul (BNA) Elders and influential and some students of different precincts of Kabul city in their meeting with Mohammad Karim Khalili second vice-president supported government efforts towards maintaining of strategic relations with powerful countries and shared some of their problems with him. 
Expressing concern over the emerging tension in Behsud of Maidan-Wardak asked for immediate removal of these tensions. 
They also asked government support towards the youth of the country and in educating and raising their capacities. 
At the meeting Khalili expressed pleasure over meeting them and added that some terrorist groupings supported from outside the country are trying to create tension and this way prevent construction of large projects in Maidan-Wardak region. 
He noted that as per the instruction of the president security forces are in the area and there is concern in this respect. 
He warned that the government would legally and decisively deal with the perpetrators of this issue and no political advantages are taken from this situation. 
He called the future of the country as promising considering the attention of the world countries towards exploitation of the country’s underground resources. 
He emphasized that he will instruct the related organs to render all possible assistance in improving services in the Kabul city.

Kabul (BNA) The Meshrano Jerga or upper house of the parliament unanimously approved the Afghan-US strategic cooperation agreement. 
This agreement after signature of the presidents of the two countries and confirmation of the House of People has been dispatched to the Senate and was confirmed at today’s session with 68 in favor and 15 against votes while Fazle Hadi Muslimyar speaker of the Senate chaired the meeting. 
The text of the agreement was read out to the Senate by Senators Najiba Hussaini and Humaira Nemati. 
The senators called the agreement to the interest of the country and meet the requirements of the country and in par with the decisions of the Traditional Jirgah of Afghanistan.

Kabul (BNA) The chairman and members of the psychological association in their meeting with second vice-president Mohammad Karim Khalili said that the association members are lecturers and graduates of psychology sphere. 
They shared some of the problems and their proposals for reducing psychological patients in the country. 
They added that war and several years of violence, poverty and joblessness are the major factors of this disease in the country and non-attention to this may bring in unpleasant repercussions. 
They asked the government of Afghanistan to pay attention in employing the graduates of psychology in education and health sectors and this way prepare the ground for attraction of the young educated people in the country Khalili welcomed the lecturers and the graduates of psychology and called on the importance of this group of educated cadres in reduction of psychological diseases in the country. 
He added that practical steps will be taken for attraction of the graduates in different spheres and shall advise different organs to attract them and use their capacities in providing services to the needy people.
