Kabul (BNA) Britain would continue to support Afghanistan national army after 2014, this was stated by Britain chief of army staff general David Richard in a meeting with defense minister General Abdul Rahim Wardakk yesterday. 
In the meeting matters pertaining mutual interests including security situation in Afghanistan and training of national army came under discussion. 
In the meeting the issue of the third phase of security transition was also discussed and Defense Minister General Wardak stressed for equipping Afghan national army with the necessary equipments and the British dignitary promised to support Afghan national army after 2014.

Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai in his meeting with the British Chief of Army Staffs discussed struggle against terrorism in Afghanistan and in this region and other issues. 
The British Chief of Army Staff said that his country after 2014 within the framework of cooperation agreement between the two nations will continue its assistance to Afghanistan. 
David Richard added that the British government shall continue assistance to Afghanistan. 
David Richard added that the British government shall continue assisting Afghanistan in training, financing and equipping of its security forces. 
He also informed the president about his visit to Pakistan and his meetings with the authorities of that country and said that Britain supports the process of peace in Afghanistan. 
President Hamid Karzai emphasized on the role of Pakistan in the peace process and restoration of stability in Afghanistan and expressed the hope that the government of Pakistan honestly cooperate in this process.

Kabul (BNA) Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim First Vice-president while opening the one day workshop on civil services structure in Kabul said that the government employees should be pious, committed and honest before the people and the homeland. 
He added that creation of order after long-term war in the country and coming out of Afghanistan from the unpleasant condition in the past ten years are the biggest achievement. 
He noted that cadres who are being employed at the government of Afghanistan should be with a mission and carry on their tasks with devotion and dedication. 
He considered creation of coordination at the government another important phenomenon for a sound administration and added that such coordination, joint efforts in carrying of tasks makes forces us to take steps on the basis of laws towards progress. 
Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal Minister of Economy said that Afghanistan is an agricultural country much attention should directed at this sector. 
He also called national unity very important and added that all the existing structure should move on this direction. 
He criticized creation of different structures on the basis of donor countries and added that structures should be based on the needs of our country. 
Dr. Ahmad Mushahad, chairman of the administration reform and civil services department said at the workshop that since its inception his administration has exerted all possible efforts towards initiating reforms and has achieved marked services in this direction, adding that the process of administration reform and upgrading the working capacity of cadres can raise the accountability of the employees and cause progress of cadres in the administration. 
Hedayet Amin Arsala Senior Minister of the Presidential Office Mohammad Ebbdah deputy chairman of the commission of judiciary, Najibullah Amin deputy head of administration affairs and Mohammad Mustafa Mastor deputy minister of finance ministry also addressed the workshop. 
The workshop has been attended by deputy ministers and heads of Human Resource Development of the ministries and independent departments ended its work the same day.

Kabul (BNA) The Afghanistan High Peace Council and Taliban delegations started negotiation in Kyoto city of Japan.
Masoom Stanikzai is the head of the delegation in this negotiation in Kyoto city of Japan.
Qazi Mohammad Amin Wiqad said, the negotiations are going on in Japan.
Wiqad told BNA reporter, from the High Peace Council Masoom Stanikzai and from Taliban side Qari Din Mohammad, ex-planning minister of Taliban regime are representing in this meeting.
Wiqad has said nothing regarding the details of the meeting.

Sideq Mansoor Ansari Chairman of Federation of Afghanistan's Civil Society (FACS), said the meeting started in the Doshisha University of Kyoto, yesterday.
Ghairat Baher representative of Gulbodeen Hikmatyar, Qari Deen Mohammad, Mullah Abdul Salam Zahef and Masoom Stanikzai participated in the meeting.
This meeting held in a short time after Paris session.
