Creation of Professional Legislative Capacity A Need, Danesh

Kabul (BNA) Mohammad Sarwar Danesh, Second Vice-President held a meeting to investigate the works of the government’s judicial sector in defending the government interests, said there was a need for establishment of a professional legislative capacity in the government organizations, his office said Tuesday.
The statement quoted the vice president as considering the cabinet drafted a proper opportunity for assessing the legislative capacity of the government judicial affairs and the legislative department of the ministry of justice and said creation of professional legislative capacity was the most important to be set in all the state-ran agencies.
He said issues like signing contracts, appointments and legal sues seriously need a professional organization to could be able to defend the country’s national interests in the related cases, the statement quoted.
At the end of the meeting a working committee comprising the related organs representatives and the second vice-president advisor in a certain time should assess the legal sues between the government and the real and ruling individuals and report to the committee.
Another working committee was also said to be formed under the second vice-president consultation to specify challenges available in the government legal cases and provide an implementing plan to help the committee decide about.
