System’s Trust Depends On True Information, CE

Kabul (BNA) In a meeting with government spokespersons, Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah said the system’s trust related to proper giving awareness, BNA reported on Monday.
Stressing on importance of giving awareness on improving relations between the government and nation, Dr. Abdullah said information was not a style to people but their right and the government leadership was committed in the respect, BNA further said.
“People will indeed know the truths, because mass media disclose them, “CE Abdullah added.
Addressing the government spokespersons, Dr. Abdullah said people would believe in you and they expected to hear the realities from you and this is a great responsibility, the agency added.
The CE stressed if the government spokespersons don’t access to real information, they would not only lose their trust but the entire system would go under question, BNA continued.
Dr. Abdullah tasked the local organs administrations to talk about importance of correct information with provincial governors to they pay heed in this regard, the agency quoted the CE as saying.
Besides, representing other participants, Laghman provincial governor spokesperson, Sarhadi Zwak shared their problems demands and needs in a suggesting package.  They asked the CE to pay serious attention on their capacity building, promotion, increasing administrative structures and their needs particularly in other provinces.   Corruption is a hot problems in the country which harms all achievements.  CE Abdullah said, adding proper giving awareness can help the government in fighting corruption.  At the end, CE Abdullah lauded the positive changes in state-run media, press in charges and local organs administration’s offices.
