President Ghani Slams Paktia, Ghazni Terrorist Attacks

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has strongly condemned terrorist attacks on Paktia and Ghazni where a number of our countrymen were martyred and injured.
In Monday evening and yesterday terrorist incidents, a number of brave soldiers and Paktia Provincial Police Chief Gen. Toryali Abdyani were martyred.
The country’s President by condemning the terrorist attacks praised the country’s defense and security forces for their bravery and devotion and stressed that the names of the country’s brave martyred soldiers would be recorded in golden pages of the country’s history.
“While Afghanistan government is looking forward to approaching peace and human rights values, terrorists are insisting on continued war in the country. We are standing against these criminals and will defend each part of our country and not let the country become safe havens for terrorists and their supporters,” President Ghani added.
The country’s President offered deep condolence and sympathy to the family of Paktia Police Chief and families of all those who were martyred in the deadly incidents, wishing paradise to martyrs and urgent recovery to those injured in the incidents.
