VP Danesh Vows To Address Qarabagh Residents’ Problems

Kabul (BNA) The Second Vice President Mohammad Sarwar Danesh met with a number of elders and influential of Ghazni’s Qarabagh district here yesterday, a statement said.
According to VP’s press office, the people expressed concern over insecurity and Taliban’s illegal activities, asking government to do more for the security of the district. They also asked for solving of the disputes among Qarabagh residents.
They called the dispute among residents the main reason behind growing insecurity and illegal activities of Taliban, adding the militants were sparing no effort to bring odds among the residents.
The elders and influential figures expressed their support of the national unity government and promised to take active role in the upcoming parliamentary and district council elections. Meanwhile the second vice president said he was saddened by martyrdom of the people during the incidents in the district and vowed to follow the issue through line organs.
Appreciating the works of the delegation recently visited the district, VP Danesh said the report would be discussed and decisions to be made in one of the National Security Council meetings. The second vice president also assured the resident to personally follow their problems, including the disputes among the residents and insecurity along the roads connecting the district to other areas.
