President Ghani Meets 205th Atal Corps Military Officials & Personnel

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in his visit to Kandahar on 27th night of Ramadan met with soldiers, personnel and officials of 205th Atal Corps.
In the meeting, President Ghani after hearing information and suggestions delivered by soldiers and officers of the respective crops praised the soldiers and officers of the corps for their sacrifices and efforts towards defending the country. The country’s President added that NATO’s Resolute Support (RS) mission in Afghanistan would soon provide 50 Black Hawk helicopters to the country’s ANDSF and all problems would be fundamentally resolved. In presence of high-ranking government officials and local military personnel and officials, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani delivered speech. At the beginning, Maj. Gen. Imam Nazar Behboud, commander of 205th Atal Corps by welcoming the country’s President to the respective corps said that Afghan national defense and security forces are reading for any kind of sacrifices to defend the people and country. In his speech, the country’s President said that a number of Afghan youths in a critical situation left the country for foreign countries, but you have protected and defended the dignity, honor and trench of the country; therefore, the people of Afghanistan and supreme command of armed forces are proud of you as you are heroes of this era. President Ghani instructed defense and security officials for promotion, concessions and solution of all problems of soldiers and officers.
