President Ghani Inaugurates Gulbahar Power Sub-Station

Mahmoud Raqi City (BNA) Leading a high ranking delegation, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan inaugurated Gulbahar power sub-station this morning.
According to BNA report, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani traveled to north-eastern Kapisa province and inaugurated a power-sub-station of 220 Kilowatt, that benefiting 30,000 families in the province.
Gulbahar power sub-station that include transferring of 220 volt electricity from Pushta Surkh sub-station and transferring of 110 volt electricity from Gulbahar to Tapa Ahmad Baig power sub-station has been built with a sum of 65.9 million USD by cooperation of U.S. engineering army group.
During the visit, President Ghani separately to meet with civil and military officials, women, youths, civil society activists, teachers, religious scholars and district governors of Kapisa province.
