Voting Process Normally Ongoing in Parwan

Kabul (BNA) By participating of huge people in polling centers, voting process normally ongoing in central Parwan province.
According to BNA correspondent report, Fazulddin Ayar governor along with police chief and head of intelligence of the province marked their votes in a voting center located in Hara Jalali, Charikar city the provincial capital of the province.
Already preparations has been taken for holding parliamentary election in Parwan province, Ayar added.
Ayar asked Wolesi Jirga’ candidates to observer law and discipline in voting process and avoid illegal activities during the process.
Gen. Mohammad Mahfouz Walizada police chief of Parwan said, Afghan security forces jointly ensure security in center and districts of the province and there is no problems regarding security situation in the province so far.
Independent Election Commission announced that 8,918,000 voters have been registered and more than 2,500 candidates are in the run for 249 seats of Wolesi Jirga, including 417 women candidates.
