President Ghani Receives Finnish New Ambassador Credentials

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on Sunday received Finnish new ambassador credentials, BNA reported.
The ceremony which was held in Arg and attended by acting foreign minister Salahuddin Rabbani, both sides exchanged views on bolstering relations and cooperation between the two countries. Thanking Finland cooperation with Afghanistan, the President wished success for that country’s new ambassador. Afterwards, expressing happiness on his new mission in Afghanistan, the Finnish ambassador said that he would make effort to further enhance relations between the two countries. During a separate meeting, Finnish ambassador handed over his credentials to foreign minister Salahuddin Rabbani and expressed his gladness on his new mission in Afghanistan. Welcoming the new Finnish ambassador, Rabbani appreciated that country’s assistances in the fields of politics, security, women empowerment and its military presence within RS mission.
