Annual Conference of Ambassadors, General Consuls Ended In Presence of Khalili

Kabul (BNA) The conference continued for five days, initially Jawed Ludin Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs briefed the participants. 
According to Ludeen the conference discussed foreign policy and priorities of foreign policy of the government of Afghanistan, considering the present conditions and the transformation decade.
He added that the views of the participants in respect with the foreign policy of Afghanistan with the neighboring countries, regional countries, the Islamic countries, international allies and in the sphere of regional cooperation, economy, stability and security were taken up at the five-day conference, which will positively impact the progress of Afghanistan’s diplomacy.
Mohammad Karim Khaili second vice-president while expressing satisfaction over the holding of this conference appreciated the measures of the foreign Ministry about holding of this conference and called it a big stet.
Talking on the mission of ambassadors and the general councils Khalili said that considering the history, culture and values of the people of the country, ambassadors and political missions of the country are shouldering heavy responsibility before the government and the people of Afghanistan. 
As regards the 2014 he noted that the leadership of the government of Afghanistan is decisive so that the process of security transition and holding of the upcoming presidential elections is successfully achieved.
In respect with the peace and stability in the country he said that peace is a necessity and the government of Afghanistan is striving to following the process of reconciliation as per the need, however efforts on this direction does not mean to ignore the present values and the past ten years of achievements. 
The government and the people of Afghanistan as well as its international partners are decisive that the present values are preserved and this country do not return to its past.
He stressed that the year 2014 does not mean end of cooperation of the international partners with the Afghan national and government.
According to Khalili Afghanistan has exerted efforts that with creation of the economic shura led by the president, adoption of the economic policy, mines policy, industries policy at the economic committee of the council of ministers pave the ground for better investments in Afghanistan.
He emphasized that necessary of facilities for internal investments and attraction of foreign investments in the country, is the priority of the leading body of the government and so far big steps have been taken in this direction.
