Kabul (BNA) The national army personnel in a cleaning up operation arrested a ring-leader of armed Taliban with his three colleagues from the vicinities of Helmand province. 
National defense ministry press office said to BNA, this commander had active role in launching terrorist attacks in the vicinities of Marja district of Helmand province, was arrested with his three colleagues. 
It is said a quantity of light and heavy arms and several mines were seized from him. 
According to another report, a Taliban commander with his 2 colleagues was arrested on charges of planting roadside mines and attacks on military forces. 
Several mines and quantity of military equipments were seized from him.

PUL-E-KhUMRI (BNA) A court in Baghlan province has sentenced to prison four people on charge of involvement in killing, yesterday.
Head of appellate court, Mirwais in his ruling said the Yar Khan, Aqa Mohammad, Shamsurrahman and Abdul Khair said these people are accused in murdering Mullah Khairullah in Pulisar district six months ago.
The court after hearing the remarks of the sister, mother and wife of the killed person had sentenced to 20 years term imprisonment each of the accused.
However, the accused rejected the claim, saying they would appeal against the verdict.

Kabul (BNA) 15 civilians injured in bomb attack of armed Taliban in Khost province.
This event happened while a bomb attacker of armed Taliban thrown a hand grenade on a group of people in Shah Walikot district of Khost province today.
A police official in Khost province told BNA; in this bomb attack 15 civilians including two children were injured.
He said, the area where the event took place is insecure and more Taliban exists there.
Witnesses said, the attacker of the event escaped from the area after the attack.
Doctors in a health center of Khost province called the health condition of three injured persons of this event critical.
Meanwhile, reports say, the Afghan security forces started the searching operation for arresting the culprits of this event.

Tarenkot (BNA) In explosion of a bomb in Tarenkot of Uorzgan province, a civilian martyred and seven others including two women and two National Army soldiers were injured.
This event occurred at 2:00 pm in the bazaar of Tarenkot city, center of Urozgan province while a vehicle of National Army soldiers was passing from the area.
An official of police in Uorzgan province told BNA, the bomb was fixed in a motorbike and it was controlled from long distance.
He confirmed that an old man martyred and seven others including 2 women and 2 National Army soldiers were injured.
Dr. Mohammad Nader head of Tarenkot hospital called the health condition of three injured persons critical.
