Kabul (BNA)  NATO said that they arrested explosive devices cache of Taliban in a military operation in Sorobi district of Kabul province.  It is said that 350 kg of explosive devices were seized from this cache.  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, this cache of explosive devices were kept in a hideout of armed Taliban in the vicinities of Sorrobi district.  According to this statement, Taliban wanted to use from this material in making of vest coats and roadside mines.

Kabul (BNA) 33 armed Taliban were killed and arrested in a military operation in Logar province.  This military operation conducted for 7 days by Afghan and NATO forces on several hideouts of rebels in different regions of Baraki Barak district of that province.  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, in this operation Afghan force arrested 20 fighters and killed 13 others of them.  It is said; the Afghan forces seized several arms depots of Taliban and destroyed some hideouts of them.  This statement said in this operation most areas were cleaned from presence of Taliban fighters.  This statement said nothing about Afghan, civilian’s casualties.

Kabul (BNA) two local commanders of Taliban and Haqani network were arrested in military operation of Afghan and NATO forces in Afghanistan.
These commanders were arrested in their hideouts in the vicinities of Nawzad district of Helmand and Hadran district of Paktia province.  BNA quoting from NATO press statement, these commanders targeted by Afghan and NATO forces while organizing of terrorist attacks and arrested.  NATO said, in this military operation, number of militias attributed to these commanders was arrested.  It is being said, two arms caches of fighters were seized by these forces.

Herat (BNAS) 369 arms were submitted to DIAG program in Herat province.  A source of national security of Herat said to BNA, these arms were seized by personnel of the national security dept.  and submitted to DIAG program of that province.
