Herat (BNA) The 3rd Afghan woman pilot carried out her flight with a trainee plane in the Shindand airport of Herat province. 
Nilofar Rahmani is the 3rd Afghan woman pilot in the country that she carried out successfully her flight with a trainee plane in Herat province. 
Rahmani is member of air forces of the country and before that 2 other women after getting military higher education in the air section managed to carry out their duties as pilot inside the country. 
Women have special place in the frame of national army and national police of the country. 
Meanwhile, national army and national police have tried to attract further women in this field.

Kabul (BNA) A NATO solider was lost his lives in the south of the country yesterday. 
NATO press statement in a contact to BNA confirmed killing of this solider but said nothing about identity and exact areas of this event. 
The local authorities of Kandahar said that a NATO solider was lost his lives in rocket attacks of Taliban on NATO base in the Panjwai district. 
It is being said that in this event, other foreign soldier was wounded.  According to reports, in these attacks an arm cache of NATO was set on fire.

Kabul (BNA) Security forces during operations had discovered 600 kg explosive object from a cache in Zabul province yesterday, NATO-led troops said in a statement.
The militants used to make explosive objects in making bombs and suicide vests, the statement added.

Paktia (BNA) In line with presidential decree issued on account of Eidul Adha, eight prisoners were set free from jail in Paktia province, head of prisoners in southeastern zone, General Mohammad Ayub Ahmadzai said.
He also added that the sentence term of several more inmates had been reduced.
Some 270 detainees have been held in Gerdiz prison of Paktia, he added.
