Kabul (BNA) Personnel of Asmayee 101 police zone arrested six persons accused of different criminal activities in Kabul city. 
Mohammad Zaher head of detective of criminal investigations of the zone said that the arrested persons have been taken captive for criminal activities of murder, robbery and were apprehended from the fifth and sixth precincts of Kabul city. 
Meanwhile, the border police at the Kabul International Airport arrested one person for carrying of forged passport.

Lashkargah (BNA) Seven members of a family were martyred and one of them was injured in a blast in Nawa district of Helmand province today. 
According to BNA, this explosion occurred in Nawa district, in which 7 members of a family including 4 women, 2 daughters and a son were martyred and one of them injured. 
The detail of the event has not clear.

Kabul (BNA) Four government officials have been detained on charges of spying for foreign intelligence networks, a spokesman for the Afghan spy service said on Monday. 
The detainees included a junior employee at the foreign ministry and three officials of others government department. 
National Directorate of Security (NDS) spokesman Lotfullah Masshal said. 
He accused the individuals of involvement in spying for the intelligence networks of foreign countries and leaking secret documents to them. 
Without disclosing their identity, he said the detainees were under investigation. 
Deputy foreign ministry spokeswoman, Faramarz Tamana, confirmed the arrest of an employee by intelligence operatives. 
However, he would not go into details.

Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the suicide bombing in Jalalabad city that has left a number of people killed and injured. 
Based on the information by the provincial police headquarters, a suicide car bomber blew himself up in the vicinity of Jalalabad-Torkham road close to the airport guard-area in eastern province of Nangarhar killing 9 people, including 6 civilians, an Afghan solider and two guards. 
Around 12 others were injured in the blast. 
President Karzai condemned, in the strongest terms, the “inhuman and un-Islamic” act by the enemy who continuously target roads and facilities used by civilians and urge that the ruthless enemy would earn nothing but growing public hatred and punishment before Allah, the Almighty. 
President Karzai, while grieved by the casualties, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prays for a rapid recovery of those injured.
