Kabul (BNA) a logistic supporter of Taliban was detained by police in Kandahar city today.  This man wanted to transfer arms to Taliban, has been detained in the outskirts of Kandahar city.  Jaweed Faisal in charge Medias of Kandahar province said to BNA, grenades, Kalashnikovs and quantity of explosive materials were sized by this man. KABUL: An Afghan soldier and a civilian on Thursday killed two troops from the US-led Nato force in Afghanistan, opening fire on them at an outpost in the troubled south of the country, the military said.

The civilian was a literacy teacher who grabbed a weapon from a soldier and opened fire at the military outpost in Kandahar province, Zhary district chief Niaz Mohammad Sarhadi told, identifying the dead as Americans.

Other troops returned fire and killed the teacher, who was working in the base, and an Afghan army soldier, Sarhadi said.

"Two individuals, one believed to be an Afghan National Army service member and the other in civilian clothing, turned their weapons indiscriminately against International Security Assistance Force and Afghan National Security Force service members in southern Afghanistan today, killing two ISAF service members," ISAF said in a statement.

The US-led Nato force gave no further details

Kabul (BNA) The meeting of the permanent security Committee of the Council of ministers (CM) was chaired by Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim First Vice President yesterday. 
To start with Marshal Fahim considered restoration of calmness in the country a vita need of the people of Afghanistan and emphasized to the security in charges to adopt positive measures. 
He added that raising the capacities, strengthening and equipping of security forces, is a need and this would bring about success in restoration of stability and it is necessary that the security foundations should exert all possible efforts in this respect. 
Touching on the new methods in enemies activities, he assured the security in charges to adopt appropriate measures in order to foil the destructive acts of the enemies. 
Ministers of National Defense, Interior, and Director General of National Security presented detailed reports on the country’s security situation and advanced some of their proposals which were debated at the meeting. 
The meeting also discussed raising the capacity of the security foundations, strengthening and equipping of security forces and the issue of transition of security. 
The meeting also adopted necessary decisions regarding improvements in security situation in the country.
