Kabul (BNA) Numerous arms, ammunition and explosives were discovered and seized on Sunday during separate operations launched by Afghan security forces in various provinces of the country.
According to NDS, the operations which were launched in outskirts of Kapisa, Zabul, Ghor and Laghman provinces numerous explosives, guns, AK47 rifles, mines a car and 100 Kg hashish were found and seized by Afghan security forces.

Kabul (BNA) The provincial national directorate for security detected a balloon of explosives from the ground of a school which is said to be laid by the Taliban attempting to kill school students.
It is said that the service employee of the school is under investigation in connection with this case.
Around 320 students are studying at the Karji primary school.

Kabul (BNA) Two persons were arrested along with some arms by the national army in Sabri district of Southern Khost province, said Col. Shahsawar press in charge of first infantry of army corps 203.
He added that these persons were apprehended during an operation in Matakhail area of Sabri district.
Some anti-vehicle mines were also seized with the cooperation of the people in Bazari Yaqubi district of the province.

Farah (BNA) Police command of Farah province in cooperation with the people detected a narcotics producing plant in Farah and destroyed it. 
Three persons who owned the plant were also arrested. 
The source added that 63 kg of white chemicals used in composition of opium along with 7 kg opium and over Afs. 3 million Pakistani Rupees were also recovered from the plant. 
The plant has been located in Chakeda village of Bakwah district of Farah province.
