Farah (BNA) Police command of Farah province in cooperation with the people detected a narcotics producing plant in Farah and destroyed it. 
Three persons who owned the plant were also arrested. 
The source added that 63 kg of white chemicals used in composition of opium along with 7 kg opium and over Afs. 3 million Pakistani Rupees were also recovered from the plant. 
The plant has been located in Chakeda village of Bakwah district of Farah province.

Kabul (BNA) A number of suicide attackers entered in the Telecommunication department of Sharan city, center of Paktika province at 8:30this morning, officials said.
These attackers launched rockets and gunshots on police security commandment of Paktika from the building they stationed, reports said.
The Telecommunication building is near the Paktika security commandment building, said the source.
Eyewitnesses told this news agency, three attackers after shooting on the security personnel of the Telecommunication department, entered into the building.
The Afghan security forces surrendered the telecommunication department building and clash is continuing between the attackers and security forces.
Security officials denied saying anything in this regard.

Kabul (BNA) Two explosions rocked Jalalabad city at 6:30 am this morning. 
According to reports, these explosions occurred in the 1st district of Jalalabad city near Haji Faqir parking-load (Sarrai). 
According to eyewitnesses to BNA, these explosions had casualties as well. 
Unconfirmed reports said, a photo reporter of Pajhwok News Agency and an official of national security department injured in these explosions. 
Still it is not clear that these explosions were suicide attacks or bomb explosion.

Lashkargah (BNA) Taliban nominated governor for Kajaki district was detained by ISAF last night. 
Daud Ahmadi spokesman for Helmand governor said to BNA, Kocheni Mullah Abdul Bari nominated governor of Taliban detained and one of his followers was killed in an operation by ISAF. 
Mullah Abdul Bari in the Taliban regime worked as governor in Nadali, Kajaki, Baghran and Musa Qala districts of Helmand province. 
Kocheni Mullah Abdul Bari is a commander of Mulla Qayoom Zaker one of the key commanders of Taliban and was appointed recently by Quetta Council as military in charge in Baghran, Mosa Qala and Kajaki districts, said the source. 
According to the source, he involved in terrorist attacks and planting of mines and other destructive activities in that district. 
One of his followers Ustad Ali Mohammad was killed on charges of making mines in this operation. 
It is said that in this operation, the civilians and ISAF had no casualties.  Translated by Suraya-Yarzada
