Jalalabad City (BNA) A huge explosive materials storage that made in Pakistan have been discovered by Afghan security forces in eastern Nangarhar province.
The storage have been discovered during a special operation led by Afghan security forces in Dara Noor district of the province.
250 kgs explosive materials made in Pakistan have been seized from the storage, senior commander of Afghan National Army in the east of the country reported BNA.
It was supposed that the materials would be used in making bombs, mines and suicide wests, the source added.
According to reports, the explosive materials storage recently transferred from Pakistan to Dara Noor district and it was supposed to deliver to Taliban militants in the east of the country.
No one was arrested accused of the case.

Trenkot (BNA) Five Taliban associates including their bomb maker person were killed in air raid of Afghan security forces in suburb of Khas district bazaar, Urozgan province yesterday noon.
Atal army corps Media office said, the insurgents were suppressed in recent raids of Afghan security forces while organizing terrorist activities.
The source added, five Taliban including their bomb maker were killed and three others have been wounded.
It is said that Taliban strongholds with all war equipment were also demolished in the raids.

Qalat (BNA) Nine Taliban insurgents were killed and 12 others have been detained in clearing operation of Afghan security forces in Zabul province.
The operation continues since three days in parts of Shahjou district.
Atal army corps Media office with releasing statement said, 12 insurgents affiliated to Taliban group were detained by security forces and nine others were killed.
According to the statement, the security forces have managed to kill nine armed insurgents in the operation.
The operation were launched aimed to clean Shahjou district from insurgents and continues there.

Paroon City (BNA) At least seven Pakistani insurgents were killed during clashes with Afghan border policemen in eastern Nooristan province.
The clashes occurred when the terrorists recently were entered from Pakistan to Kamdish district, Nooristan province.
Senior commander of Afghan border police in the east of the country in a telephonic contact with BNA reporter confirmed the killing of seven Pakistani rebels during the clashes.
The insurgents have been targeted and killed by Afghan border policemen, while they entered from Pakistan to Kamdish district of the province.
