Mahmoodraqi (BNA) 11 armed Taliban were killed and 14 others were injured in a clash by local residents in Kapisa province yesterday.
The conflict occurred in Tagab District when local residents stormed on a group of Taliban while organizing terrorist activities.
A police official of Kapisa province told BNA, in the attack, 11 armed Taliban were lost their lives and 14 others have been wounded.
It is said that seven residents have been injured in the conflict.

Kunduz (BNA) 12 armed Taliban insurgents were killed in Kunduz province yesterday.
General Abdul Hamid police chief of Kunduz told BNA, the insurgents were killed by air and ground operations conducted by Afghan security forces in Imam Sahib District.
Ten other insurgents were also injured in the operations.
He added the operations will be continued till annihilation of insurgents in that province.

Jalalabad ( BNA) At least thirty eight militants belonging to Taliban group and ISIS terrorist group were killed in the latest airstrikes and infightings in eastern Nangarhar the other day.
According to the local government officials, the latest casualties were inflicted to the fighters of the two groups in the past 24 hours in various parts of the restive Chaparhar district.
The officials are saying that 27 ISIS militants and 11 Taliban insurgents were killed in total in the past 24 hours, adding that 8 ISIS militants and 4 Taliban insurgents were also wounded during the incidents.
At least seven Taliban insurgents were killed and 4 others were wounded after they targeted in an airstrike in Sparai area of Chaparhar while 27 ISIS militants were killed during the infighting with the Taliban militants in Spin Jomat, Masta Khel, and Sholani areas, the officials said.
According to the officials, at least four Taliban insurgents were also killed during the clashes with the ISIS militants.
The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan National Army earlier had said at least six ISIS militants were killed during the clashes but no reports were given regarding the Taliban casualties.

Kabul (BNA) National Security Council (NSC) with President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on the chair held session on Tuesday, the President Press Office said in a statement.
According to the statement, at the outset, the session reviewed the weekly security situation of the county and instructed the related organs to take necessary measures in defending security threats. The session also assessed Parwan and other provinces prisons’ situation and issued necessary directions on improving of the prisons’ situation, the statement added. Afterward, Attorney General Farid Hamidi briefed the session about his organ’s investigations on recent terrorist incidents in the capital Kabul, the statement continued. At the end, national security director, Mohammad Masoum Stanekzai presented his report on improvements on terrorist attack happened on Kandahar provincial governor office last year, during which necessary instructions were given in the respect.
