Kabul (BNA) 60 armed oppositions were killed in separate clearing operations of security and defense forces across the country.
According to national defense ministry press office to BNA, the operations were conducted in Nangarhar, Ghazni, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Herat, Ghor, Badghis, Balkh, Jawzjan, Faryab, Kunduz, Badakhshan and Helmand provinces in which 60 armed opposition were killed.

Sheberghan (BNA) Five armed insurgents were killed in a conflict by security forces in Jawzjan province last night.
Spokesman of Jawzjan security command told BNA, the militants were killed in a conflict by security forces in Charbagh village, Faizabad district of that province.
In the clash, four other insurgents have been injured.
It is said that Obaidullah a senior commander of Taliban was also among the dead.
The source added, a vehicle of the militants was also seized by security forces.
Another report says that five Taliban militants were killed by security forces air raids in Sar-e-Pul province.
Khalilullah Dastyar police chief of Sar-e-Pul province told BNA, the militants were killed in air raids of security forces in Sayad district, Sar-e-Pul province.
Dastyar added, seven other insurgents have been injured and quantity of weapons with two vehicles of the militants were destroyed.

Kunduz (BNA) 17 armed Taliban rebels were killed in Gul Tapa District, Kunduz province.
Ahmad Jaweed Salim spokesman for commando forces told BNA, the insurgents were killed in air raids conducted by security troops in Hakimbai and Haji Nawab villages, Gul Tapa district.
Salim added, six other rebels were also wounded in the raids, and 33 stronghold of Taliban have been demolished.
Another report says six Taliban rebels were killed in air and ground operations conducted by security forces in Imam Sahib District.
Nasratullah Jamshidi press in charge of Shaheen 209 army corps said, three other rebels have been injured in the operations as well.

Jalalabad (BNA) Three brothers were lost their lives in a bomb blast of Taliban in Nangarhar province late last evening.
The blast occurred in south-east of Jalalabad city.
According to reports, a bomb was placed in a vehicle carrying the brothers.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman for Nangarhar governor told BNA, in the blast, three brothers were martyred and another has been injured.
He said, investigation have started to arrest the perpetrators of the incident.
