Kabul (BNA) The appellate court of third district in Kabul sentenced to capital punishment to a murderer yesterday.
Salih Mohammad of Jabal Seraj and currently living in Kabul has confessed that he killed one of his relatives namely Zabihullah, 37 in Chilston area in the, month of Saur this year.
The accused can make appeal against the verdict.
