Abducted Polices Released In Herat

Herat (BNA) Ten abducted polices by armed Taliban in Herat province were released in a military operation of Afghan forces.
These policemen were arrested while their post came under the attack of armed Taliban in Zer Koh area of Shendand district and abducted by Taliban.
A responsible of Herat press office told this news agency, ten abducted policemen were released from the clutch of armed Taliban in a military operation last night.
He added, Taliban sustained heavy casualties during this operation.
The operation carried out on the place where Taliban kept the abducted policemen.
According to the local authorities of Herat, two Afghan military forces were martyred in the operation.
