Kabul (BNA) At least 11 Afghan security personnel have died and 10 others were injured following an air raid that mistakenly carried out by Afghan Air Forces in southern Helmand province.
The incident took place on Sunday, 01, 2017 evening in Adam Khan village, Gerashk district of the province.
After the attack Ministry of National Defense with releasing a statement said, a mixed delegation from Ministry of Defense, National Directorate Security (NDS) and Ministry of Interior has been appointed to assess the reasons of the event.
It is not the first and last mistakenly attack, last month16 Afghan border policemen have died due to foreign troops’ erroneously air attack in Gerashk district of southern Helmand province.
Meanwhile, another fallaciously attack that conducted by foreign troops took  the lives of two Afghan National Policemen and wounded 6 others in Nadi Ali district, southern Helmand province three months ago.
Also, numerous Afghan security forces and civilians have been killed and wounded following dozens mistakenly attacks carried out in provinces of Maidan/Wardak, Kunar, Nangahar, Herat, Helmand and etc…
Lack of coordination among military organs is the main reason behind all fallaciously raids, which took place across the country, military exports say.
