23 ISIS Fighters Perished Due to Air Raids

Kabul (BNA) At least 23 loyalists for Islamic State for Syria and Iraq (ISIS) terrorist group have died following air attacks carried out by Afghan air forces in relevant areas of eastern Nangarhar province.
The air raids launched within the past 24 hours in different parts of Acheen, Koot, Dor Baba and Naziyan districts of the province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA reporter, the ISIS loyalists were involved in terrorist activities, which targeted and killed in the mentioned districts.
He also confirmed the killing of 23 ISIS loyalists during the attacks.
According to another report, Afghan security forces by discovering and confiscating 9 round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent bloodiest incidents in Nangarhar province.
The mines had been planted by enemies of the country in crowded areas of Nangarhar to target Afghan security personnel and innocent civilians.
