At Least 26 Insurgents Killed in Kapisa

Mahmod Raqi (BNA) Twenty six Taliban and five Islamic State fighters have been killed in separate operations and airstrikes in northeastern Kapisa provinces, officials said Sunday.
Seventeen Taliban militants have so far been killed during security operations since yesterday in Badar Ab area of Tagab district of Kapisa province, said the district police chief, Mohammad Naeem.

A tribal elder in Badar Ab area, Haji Malang, said aircrafts hovered over their area throughout Saturday night.  He said six Taliban were killed an airstrike on Saturday afternoon.
He said three militants were killed and a fourth wounded in the airstrike.
