Observers; Parliamentary Candidate Fills Ballot Boxes

Kabul (BNA) Four observers claimed that a Wolesi Jirga candidate filled several ballot boxes in his benefit in Kabul city.
According to BNA correspondent report, quarreling between Afghan security forces and Ghulam Nabi Gharani the candidate who filled ballot boxes is continuing in ballot center located in Qayamuddin Khadem School.
Meanwhile, spokesman of Independent Election Commission says, the issue will be reviewed by the commission.
The voting of Wolesi Jirga or Lower House of the parliament, began at 7:00 am local time and would last until 4:00 pm local time in 32 provinces except Ghazni and Kandahar provinces.
Independent Election Commission announced that 8,918,000 voters have been registered and more than 2,500 candidates are in the run for 249 seats of Wolesi Jirga, including 417 women candidates.
