Clashes Took the Lives of 12 Armed Oppositions

FARAH CITY (BNA) As many as 12 anti-government militias were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in western Farah province.
Muhibullah Muhib spokesman of police in Farah told BNA correspondent, the conflicts took place when a group of Taliban militants stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in Sour Abad village, Farah city the provincial capital of the province, in which 12 Taliban fighters were killed and seven others were wounded.
Some heavy and light weapons have been discovered and seized as well, Muhib added.
There were no damages on part of Afghan security troops following the clashes, Muhib concluded.
