58 Terrorists Killed During Joint Military Operation in Kunduz

Kabul (BNA) At least 58 anti-government militias were killed during joint military operation conducted by Afghan and coalition forces in northern Kunduz province.
Col. Mohammad Haneef Rezayee spokesman of 209 Shaheen army corps told BNA correspondent, the joint military operation have launched to annihilate armed oppositions and ensure peace and stability in insecure areas of Kunduz city and Gul Tepa district of the province, in which 58 terrorists including Pakistani and Tajikistani nationals were killed.
Several senior commanders of Taliban group were among the dead, Rezayee added.
Dozens villages have been cleared from being of Taliban fighters and the military operation ongoing in the mentioned areas.
Four Afghan national army soldiers were martyred and five others were wounded during the military operation, Rezayee concluded.
