Taliban Killed in Farah Latest Clashes

Farah (BNA) Six armed Taliban were killed in by Afghan security forces in Farah province this morning.
The Taliban were suppressed in Bakwah district and suburb of Farah city.
First conflict occurred while the Taliban wanted to plant a mine on main road in suburb of Farah city, but the second conflict occurred while a group of insurgents stormed on a police checkpoint in Bakwa district.
ANA senior commander in west of the country told BNA, six insurgents were killed and number of others have been wounded.
Numerous of weapons were also seized.
Another report said, a series of blasts were prevented in Farah province.
Security officials discovered and neutralized six mines from crowded areas of the province and prevented from deadly events.
No one has been detained in connection of the case, but local officials of the province blamed Taliban for the event.
