24 Anti-government Militias Perish in Badghis

QALA-E-NAW CITY (BNA) As many as 24 armed oppositions were killed during clashes with Afghan national army troops in Badghis province the other day.
Abdul Qadeer Sadiqi spokesman of Afghan national army in Badghis told BNA correspondent, the conflicts took place while a group of Taliban fighters stormed on Afghan national army troops’ checkpoints in Aab Kamari district of the province.
Bravely Afghan national army personnel stand against the rebels, in which 25 insurgents were killed and 10 others were wounded, Sadiqi added.
Two Afghan national army troops partially were wounded following the clashes.
Some heavy and light weapons belonged to the militants have remained at the battlefield.
